As always its a beautiful place to stay. Two things could have been done in the maintenance department that could have made the stay even better. 1: The toilet filling mechanim would not automatically shut off most of the time. 2: The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain causing it to fill rather quickly when in use.

From the minute we checked in until we left we had nothing but a great time. Robb, the bellman for the day, met us going out the door and personally led us to our casita which was a little way from the lobby. Later he picked us up to take us to a local restaurant for dinner. After dinner, we called to be picked up to come back to the resort and he was there in about 5 minutes. We felt totally pampered!

We were last here coming out of the pandemic and it was as good then as it is now. Dining options have changed a little but the food is still good. Will be our choice on our next visit.

Excellent service and staff. Property has been around for quite a long time and it shows in some places. Setting is wonderful and it is well worth the price. I would stay there again.

This was our first time staying here and we had a great time! We’re only able to stay a day and a night, but we made the most of it! From the pools to the trails on site we will for sure be back.

I found he property clean and well kempt. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The amenities were substantial and afforded many activities.
The Entire Staff was always, very friendly, professional and always helpful. Hilary and Diane at the Front Desk, Theresa the Day Food/Bev manager, Cathy a morning server at breakfast, Greg one of the best Bartenders I've ever met, Mario the evening Food/Bev manager and the whole Housekeeping staff!
These folks were exceptional and I will definitely book with them again.

The place is truly amazing, offering a wonderful chance to connect with nature. However, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I noticed that the mugs were not properly cleaned, with some even having lipstick marks on them. I hope the staff can address this to improve the overall experience for future guests.

Property was beautiful. Location of the room was difficult to find due to the way the buildings are numbered. We were able to find it after a few minutes with the help of the grounds staff. Room was large and clean. Refrigerator was hidden in bathroom vanity cabinet, didn't find until we were getting ready to check out. Ice machine was not working for out one night stay. Food was very good in the restaurant. They even helped to accommodate my gluten free needs. Looking forward to our next stay!

The casitas were spacious and we loved the bathroom which had a sink in 2 areas so 2 people can get ready at the same time.

Very rude staff at front desk (same manager may dole age white lady on the phone), few Beatles in the room floor and walls , found two dead ones too, not much amenities in the room, but one tiny small bottle of shampoo/conditioner/lotion for two people
Coffee machine was nasty, hard water ring around the water holder. Sheets were old, had visibles tears and thinning

This property is beautifully nestled in the Catalina Mountains. The grounds are very well maintained with a walking path around the property. The pool is amazing & the rooms are very spacious with an outdoor space to look at the mountains. Staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a really nice long weekend at Westward Look! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Our room was very nice with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. We were there off-season so the rate was very reasonable. Looking forward to visiting again!

The resort is gorgeous - granted it’s the middle of summer right now so walking the paths of this gigantic resort was def not for us hahah during tourist season when the temps are cooler I imagine people would absolutely love all of the gorgeous views winding paths and beautiful desert that surrounds the resort.
Two minor icks… they definitely do not have enough parking to accommodate all of the hotel rooms. We ordered a pizza that the delivery driver dropped off at the main reception instead of bringing it to our building and by the time we came back from getting the pizza (less than five minutes) our parking space had been nabbed by someone else and dozens of cars were circling the lots looking for spaces.
Also the restaurant leaves something to be desired.
We only ate at the casual restaurant by the bar and our avocado tacos were tiny with two small pieces of avocado (one in each taco) and it was something insane like $17 … our whole tab for two happy hour drinks an order or pretzel appetizers and the tacos that left something to be desired was nearly 50 (like 48 and change) and def not worth
It.
Good news is the hotel is situated in a VERY bustling area and you will have no problem finding any kind of food or restaurant you’d want within a five minute drive.
Massive thumbs up for the cooled/ temp regulated pools. A lot of people don’t realize that many pools in Arizona are basically the temperature of bath water in the summer but they cool theirs - so refreshing!
