It was great and clean. Staff is super helpful.

Great hotel. Two bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and kitchen provided lots of space for the family. I agree with the other negative comments about the parking…it is strange to have to pay given the location but I knew that in advance. Breakfast was good and the family loved the French toast option the first morning.

This hotel has gone a bit down hill. We usually stay to see family at the holidays. Halls smelled like fish or weed most of the visit. Trash piled up at side entrance doors and they charge for parking now. We won’t be back.

Great room very clean. Wonderful, water, pressure. Good, hot shower.

No water fountain didn’t work, no ice machine or bottled water. Ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. Loved the room, but just remember feeling thirsty for the courtesy and convenience of being able to fill up my Yeti.

The hotel was in a great location, clean and easy to check in/out. Very spacious for a family of 6. Would return.

I was on a breiement trip of part to of the death of my grandmother and not o ly fif they deny me the doscount but lack empathy to say my condolences as well as thought I would had saw the sign about parking that I had no idea about due to grief and fatigue. Im told a lie that they cant double discounts and I have had a refund posted to my credit card bybthe hotel due to issues more then once booking with hotels .com. As well as charging $5 of the $15 for parking too. I wont be ever returning to that location nor that arra of my home 😕 toen state.

I booked this room and put in special instructions that I would have a late check-in after working a double shift and a 4 hour drive; around 2AM. When I arrived, I was notified that they did not have my room nor were there any rooms available. They sent me to their sister hotel about 10 minutes away and gave me accommodations there instead. I was traveling with two other men in the room that I originally had book had two kings and a pull out. The room I was given had one king and couch. Needless to say a short night of sleep was not a great night of sleep either. It took approximately one hour to have the accommodations shifted from one hotel to the next, making a long day even longer. I also sent the hotel an email notifying them that I would have a late check in. I never heard got response from my email. It appears that management had dropped the ball in this one because there were not even any notes about my late check-in for the desk clerk working. I will say that the two ladies at the different hotels were very kind and worked as efficiently as possible to take care of this situation and make our stay as pleasant as possible. I see the problem with management not notifying their employees of late check-in. This has happened to me twice in five years and unfortunately, both were at Hyatt Brand hotels. I most likely will not book with them in the future. Extremely disappointing!

Amazing stay

A scam that doesn’t tell you that you will have to pay $15 per night for parking on top of the hotel rate.

We had the 2bd suite and really enjoyed the quietness, comfort beds, strong showers, well appointed kitchen. Breakfast was good with real stoneware mugs rather than paper cups.

Great place to stay in Jersey, next time will do again for sure.

Had a small issue with the TV in the bedroom acting up because of a previous power outage due to Tropical Storm Debbie. I reported the issue. The TV in the Living Room worked fine. Everything else was fantastic. Room was large and clean and well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was great. Pictures online was very different from actual property. Pool was very small. Image online shows hot tub (there was none). Restaurant/ bar featured online was not available. Was not made aware of that during booking process. Rooms was ok. Only thing I liked was that there is a kitchen. I think staff was friendly only complaint is they spoke different language when around guests. I think English should be spoken so no one gets offended. Rooms were extremely cold. Not all guests like a cold room and that’s me. I would prefer a room that I can adjust temperature and be comfortable. I mean for $800 for only 3 days is a rip off. It was not worth my money. Kids did not enjoy stay at all.

The hotel is located close to my destination in Whippany, where I have to go every year on business trip.. Also walkable distance to the Wegmans. The rooms are spacious with full kitchen and big bathroom. Close to highways, but it is quiet. The complimentary breakfast is good. Great outdoor pool.

The room was nice. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was also a $17 parking fee which I’ve never encountered before at a hotel in the suburbs.

This hotel was a great home base for our family of 6 to spread out while visiting NYC for a couple of days. Only 40 minutes drive into Manhattan, it turned out to be a much more affordable, spacious and clean option! Breakfast was delicious and pool was refreshing.

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms and amenities were great!

The breakfast area was very clean and tidy and that was good. However, the eggs were dry and obviously from a commercial liquid egg product. The flavor was poor. The potatoes were cold and undercooked. The fresh fruit was in poor condition. I did appreciate that there were two decaf tea options. Finally, we did not discover that there was an extra fee for parking until we arrived. I think that is a cheap means of getting extra dollars from people checking in. I have not had to do that before.

A really great stay! Love that you have a Wegmans near to buy stuff that you can cook in their kitchens! Everything was amazing with a small exception in the parking! Be aware that you have to pay for parking in this hotel, which was a huge downside. Other than that, we loved our stay!
