It may not be within walking distance to the beach, but it is still a great location. House as described. Wall units for A/C are loud but they worked fine. Hot tub and rec room were a huge positive. A lot of room to spread out.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the inside of the house was perfect for our family and exactly as expected and portrayed. We loved that the beach was close by and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. The outside and yard needed to be addressed. The yard was not mowed and there were old leaves everywhere. The hot tub did not look inviting and was cloudy therefore we didn’t utilize it.it would be helpful if there were instructions on the check out process and expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Quiet, light traffic neighborhood nice for short walks or bike rides. Be ready to go to the maps for the final 1/3 of mile off of Rt 6. GPS’s have a difficult time locating the street. Once you find it central to everything in Orleans!! No frills beach house in great location with easy access to downtown, Orleans Firebirds CCBL, playgrounds, Rail Trail, and beaches. The hot tub was great. Be aware that to access one of the bedrooms you have to walk through another bedroom. The window AC units cooled down the house nicely. . Owner was very responsive answering a couple of questions. Very helpful. Enjoyed our family time..

The house and location were great. Quiet shady strreet close to beaches on the ocean and the bay. Minor concerns. There are lots of light switches and a number of them seem to be to nothing. When we first arrived some of the switches in the living room did not work. We eventually concluded a fuse had been tripped. The Hot Tub was a nice feature, but it had a funny smell and we eventually figured out that the chlorine was non existant in the tub. It would be helpful to have a binder with a list of nearby restaurants, beaches. Another page with instructions for what was to be done when we left (Didn't know if we were to strip beds, or leave them as they were.) Overall our stay was most enjoyable,

When we booked this house I was suspicious on the one 5 Star review. The calendar was empty so I had a feeling we were going to be the first to rent. The house was clean. Hot tub was a plus but the owners didn’t know how to check the pH. Luckily my daughter is a life guard and used the chemicals the owners left. The kitchen was not stocked at all. Several air fryers but not many utensils. The gas grill was tiny. Ran out of propane but owners didn’t have a back up or care. TV internet went out after 3 days and I spent hours trying to fix it. Owner was texting me with tips but never fixed. I have never written a negative review because I don’t want to complain. The number 1 problem is the CAMERA they had in the main kitchen and living room!! I was so upset. We covered it and complained to the owner. They said it doesn’t work so it’s not a big deal! I’ve rented through VRBO for 10 years and never came across a camera IN the house. I did not believe them. It was very shady. I’m sorry I didn’t do this review sooner. We stayed in July 2023
