Upon arrival, guests will immediately be taken by the beautiful scenery and firepit that are waiting to be enjoyed. Prepare to be mesmerized by the extended patio that protrudes over the water and provides the ideal place to settle into the patio furniture and enjoy time spent with a favorite beverage in hand. If you’re a traveling group that appreciates time on the water, this waterfront home comes with the use of kayaks and a paddle boat that are waiting for afternoons of exploration.

This beautifully decorated waterfront home is as spacious as it is luxurious! Step through the front door and guests will be greeted by a lovely open-concept floor plan with a living space that’s decorative and thoughtfully laid out. Comfortable and large sofas are nestled around a large TV and are beautifully accented by the sleek hardwood flooring they sit upon.

The living room opens up onto a sprawling dining room with a table that can comfortably seat six when the time comes to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is a fully equipped space where you can brew your morning coffee or serve up something savory with the help of gorgeous countertops, ample storage space, and high-end appliances. A central island in the kitchen also provides additional seating when it’s required and is finished off with elegant bar stools for added comfort.

When it’s time to enjoy a good night’s rest, pick from one of the four bedrooms that adorn this home. No matter which you choose, you’ll enjoy the comfort of an ultra-plush mattress and plenty of space to enjoy. The largest primary bedroom with an en suite bath comes with the added bonus of waterfront scenery.

If you’re in the mood for some friendly competition, make the most of the in-home game room that includes everything from a pool table to air hockey and a TV with a DVD player ready for a movie night in.

Dock Details: Limit 1 boat can be docked during stay. Electrical outlet(S). There is no use of the boat lift or slip. Bring your own boat fenders and life vests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). House is well-appointed wi9th new appliances, very clean. Watch out for the front step--it's a doozy. Great to have all the amusement stuff in the basement--foosball, air hockey, pool table. Batteries were dead in the TV and cable remotes. Main safety concern is gate from upper balcony: the bottom latch is completely detached, the nails don't even go in the wood, and a curious dog or kid can pry the gate open from the bottom even when it's locked on top. But we'd come back with our dogs again. We loved it.

Really enjoyed this home! Great layout and location. Loved the long porch with view of lake. Perfect dock for swimming and boating - nice quiet cove. Wonderful home interior including primary with porch access and beautiful views. Great game room down stairs. Highly recommend this home for great Smith Mt Lake escape!

This is a perfect house! We brought our two dogs and there was a nice big yard and a stretch of safe green space to walk them down the road. The house is on a cul-de-sac so there is no traffic at all. The home was pristine when we arrived. Everything was provided for a very easy stay including the linens and towels for beds and showers. There is a little two person paddle boat to ride around the lake. We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards and it was nice to have those as options for water fun. The home is fairly close to neighbors who seemed to be the owners and not guests of the homes to either side of us which means that the neighbors were within earshot. The game room downstairs is a HUGE treat and we had an absolute BLAST using all of the games. This house is a really fantastic place to stay.

Excellent weekend getaway! House just as described and very clean. We chose this house for its amenities: covered dock, 2 kayaks, paddle boat, pool table, Foosball, air hockey, huge deck with beautiful view, firepit. No one in our family ever said, "I'm bored!" Quiet little cove. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a lovely time at this house. A few things to note: While there is a nice selection of games in the basement rec room, there is nowhere to play them. Plenty of empty space to add a table down there. The pool table was great. Also, not a coffee/cocktail table in the whole house, which makes it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a movie. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could use a thorough deep clean. The term linens included is a bit deceiving. I`d have brought my own sheets had I known the ones provided were disposable paper towels. They felt like sandpaper. A king comforter would have been welcome in the master on the king bed. The full sized one provided was hard to share. The dock was great, but the stairs into the water were treacherously slippery. Bring a scrub brush for sure. One kayak paddle was one ended, the paddle boat was full of water and a mosquito haven. The one thing I couldn`t get past was the master bathroom. The fan in the shower area does not work, there is mold on the ceiling and growing out of the vent on the floor. Two days home, and I have a sinus infection from allergies. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We found the property as described and pictured. The house was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived which was great to see. The fresh bath towels were neatly placed at the end of each bed. The big deck around the house was relaxing, and we loved that the deck by the lake had a roof, as many of us sunburn easily! The kayaks were super fun to use. The indoor entertainment was also great with the pool table, air hockey table, and big screen TV on the lower floor. Despite our best efforts to get a nice fire going in the firepit, the firewood was too damp from recent rain so we were unsuccessful. If we return, we might need to pack some of our own! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
