Here among the moss-draped oaks of Wilmington Island, you'll be just 10 miles from the heart of the Savannah Historic District. Spend your days exploring atmospheric city squares and 19th-century mansions, strolling along River Street, dining at fantastic restaurants, and taking in a ghost tour or two. Only 10 miles in the other direction, you'll find the wide open beaches and classic coastal charms of Tybee Island.

Whether you spend your days shopping, museum-hopping, or riding the ocean waves, you'll delight in coming home to this lovely piece of property. Bring a glass of sweet tea outside to the back deck, watch your kids play in the expansive yard, and spend the evening barbecuing on the gas grill and roasting s'mores around the firepit.

The single-level interior is full of spaces to gather, relax, and unwind as well. Just off the deck is a window-lined game room where you can play shuffleboard, Giant Jenga, and board games while streaming movies on TV. There's also a more formal living room with another TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a pass-through view of the living space, and a dining room with ample seating for family meals. If you need to escape for a few hours, there's a home office where you can shut the doors and log onto the complimentary WiFi.

Additional features include three bedrooms (one of which is a primary suite), a home laundry room, central AC, and beach gear to pack for your days in the sun.

Came down with our family for a little get-away and the neighborhood was beautiful driving in and quiet the entire stay. The house was beautiful and our nieces loved the game room. Will definetely come back and stay here again!

The house was very clean and was very nice for our stay. The only thing that we found to be an issue was the dryer didn’t dry well and indicated that the vent needed to be cleaned. No other issues and would stay here again should we visit the area in the future.

Worst stay ever! First, the photos are deceiving. The property is very dark (almost cave-like) inside, despite having sky lights. Secondly, the guest bathroom was not in working order. The sink did not drain at all. The tub did not drain properly either. For this reason, we were all forced to use the master bathroom to get ready each day. A major inconvenience. I reported the problem to the property manager and asked that it be fixed during our stay. The property manager said a ticket was created, but no one ever came to fix it. Then the A/C went out our last night there. We all woke up sweating in the middle of the night. I reported it to the property manager the next morning, while we were getting ready to check out. They "created a ticket" and asked if they could enter the property a mere 1 hour and 45 minutes before checkout! We told them yes, in 1 hour and 45 minutes. As if this weren't enough, when we first arrived at the property, it seemed pretty clean. But when we started pulling dishes and silverware to prepare meals, many of the dishes and silverware were dirty! We had to rewash nearly everything before using it. And finally, I will say that the house is old and dingy looking, with a newish coat of paint, stickers for backsplashes, cheap kitchenware. The only positives I can offer are that the beds were comfortable, the furniture in the family and game rooms is nice, and the decor is nice. Otherwise, it was total disappointment.

We all traveled to Savannah from all over the USA . I flew in to Hilton head Airport . It was a quick trip to the house from the airport. My sisters drove here and directions were very easy to follow . I have stayed in many Vrbo properties and this experience by far was my best yet ! I was updated continuously leading up to the trip . I was given clear easy instructions for check in . The communication with the owner was excellent. The house was beautiful, very spacious and absolutely perfect for our needs . It’s in a lovely neighborhood and a short drive into downtown Savannah. There is a Walmart and Publix’s supermarket very close by for supplies if you need anything . I will definitely be coming back and renting this house again with my husband and children . Overall 5 star trip . Excellent job !!!

December 2023 - -This nicely appointed home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from downtown Savannah and 10 minutes to Tybee. Exceptionally clean. Communication with the management company was prompt and helpful. The only issue we had was with waste removal…the bins outside were full from the previous visitors and due to the holiday, garbage was not collected until several days into our visit. I would gladly recommend this home!

The house was convenient to Savannah and Tybee Island there were two grocery stores right around the corner for stocking up. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Would have been nice if there was a way to control the fan in the living room (you get light and fan at same time and cannot adjust the fan speed or have just fan or just light), so we left it off. TV required a 4-digit pass code for Roku remote to add our TV app (DirectTV), watch certain sports or to enter guest mode that we could not get after making several attempts at contacting through both Vacasa and Vrbo. Had to watch NFL and MLB games on our laptop. We didn't have a subscription to Netflix, Disney, etc.

Easy to rent this property through VRBO will do this again. More trash bags need to be provided as 2 was not enough same with toilet paper. Otherwise this is a beautiful house to rent. Lots of fun games to play. Great staff to work with too. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Savi Seahorse is a fantastic house! Tons of space, wonderful neighborhood, and perfectly located so you can get to all regions of Savannah quickly. The house was incredibly clean and well cared for, and had everything we needed! We look forward to returning to the home in future visits.

The Savi Seahorse was perfect in so many ways! Super cute and ideally located to Downtown Savannah, The Riverwalk and Tybee Island & Beach. I only wish we were able to spend more time on our visit. Can't wait to get back soon.

This home is the perfect location being close to Savannah as well as Tybee Island. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and the home has everything you need while on vacation. It has a beautiful open living room, kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal (Kroger is only a few minutes away) and 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space. You will feel right at home here!

Initially we were suppose to stay at a different place in Savannah. A couple days prior to our visit we were informed by Vacasa that there was a problem with that location and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Vacasa offered to put us up at Savi Seahorse for the same price as our original reservation. This home was very nice and location was really good. The house was clean, comfortable and very spacious. I would recommend staying here for a family gathering in Savannah. A big shout out for Vacasa for the exceptional care in fixing the the unfortunate dilemma of finding a new place for us to stay.
