Beautiful views of the mountains, valley, and forest await at this light-filled townhome in one of the quietest yet most convenient settings in East Vail.
It's all about the prime location here. The house is close to the interstate for ease of travel, yet its position below the road erases any potential for noise. A bus stop two blocks away on the corner of Columbine and Big Horn will connect you to Vail's world-class ski slopes. And you'll be incredibly close to hiking trails (the Bighorn Trail is 60 feet away), mountain biking trails, and the heart of Vail Village, less than five miles west.
After a day of outdoor adventure, come home and toss your snowy or dusty clothes in the washer/dryer. Light the gas grill on the deck on summer afternoons, set the outdoor table for dinner, and watch in wonder as the alpenglow sets in.
The main living space is comfortable and inviting, offering two-story ceilings and a wall of glass framing the mountain view. Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy them at the breakfast bar and the extendable table, and cap each evening with a movie on the smart cable TV. Of the three sleeping spaces, one is a primary suite with a balcony, the second is a guest suite with beds that can be pushed together on request, and the third is a cozy loft accessible by a ladder.

A decent place, fair value received.

The house on Spruce was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay in Vail easy and like home. The bed and room configuration was perfect for our family. The wifi is strong, TV easy to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner at home twice. The warm garage is so helpful for keeping boots annd helmets overnight. We will definitely return to the property and recommend it to friends.

The house is a short 2-3 min walk from the nearest bus stop and had everything we needed for our week long ski trip (including a kitchen that was well stocked for cooking large dinners after a day of skiing).
The house is somewhat lacking in privacy - one bedroom opens to the foyer and the loft bedroom has no door. That was ok for our group of friends but might cause problems for others.
No complaints and would certainly rent again if back at Vail.

If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient to Vail Village place to stay, this is it! I enjoyed the western decor that is done with creative flair. The kitchen has everything a chef would desire and opens to the living room with 2 couches and a chair, large tv and appropriate dining area. I enjoyed watching tv and hangin’ out there each evening. Upstairs the bedrooms are roomy with comfy beds, large closet and dresser, tv and full bathroom. It is a very short walk to catch the Free Bus that took us to and from Vail Village and the wait is no more than 15 minutes. The garage is roomy and set up to easily remove our boots etc after our day on the slopes. I can’t imagine what else anyone might want for a vacation with your family or a group of friends. I look forward to returning to **** ******** *** for many years to come.

Comfortable townhouse with lots of room and offered all the amenities needed for our stay.

Great house, all amenities you need. Close enough to bus stop. Driveway is tricky. You will need 4wd or tire chains to get out.

Very close to Vail ski area and Vail village. Beautiful views of mountainside. Yet we had a problem the first night with our rental car getting stuck in the snow because the street and driveway hadn’t been plowed and we had to get a tow truck to be able to move the car. Vacasa was contacted and they did help out getting the snow plow the next day. After that we decided to leave the car parked on Columbine because it was just too icy and newly fallen snow can create a car hazard. Apart from that the house is spacious and comfortable and just as in photos.
