About this house rental
You will find this bright 4 bedroom home nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutes from a wide selection of shopping and restaurants.
20 minutes: downtown Indy
12 minutes: downtown Carmel
12 minutes: downtown Zionsville
10 minutes: Broadripple
This remodeled 1960s home retains its charm while offering amenities like new granite countertops, a huge yard, fire-pit, a new patio for outdoor entertainment, a game room, an in-home office space, and reliable 5G Wi-Fi.
The master suite includes an office just off the bedroom for an easy-access, quiet work space. The master bath is nearly all brand-new, including the brand-new whole-house water filtration and softening system. Indy's water is very hard and unpleasant, so this is a big advantage compared with other homes!
The basement game room is a special perk, with a 12-in-one vintage arcade game and a multi-use game table including foosball, air hockey, ping-pong, mini billiards, shuffleboard, and more! There is also a full-size corn hole set for your authentic Midwestern enjoyment. A selection of board games is available, too.
The kitchen has new granite countertops and is well-furnished for all your cooking needs. Enjoy the new Rachael Ray cookware set, new knife set, a Keurig as well as a traditional coffee-maker, waffle iron, popcorn maker, and an Instant Pot (in the basement.) There's even a spiralizer if you're in the mood for curly fries!
Other things to note
Unfortunately the indoor fireplace is off limits until it has been serviced.

Great house, nice neighborhood, exactly as advertised. Owner was on top of all communication. Would recommend.

The host was very accommodating. Ran out of propane and they had a new tank there with in a few hours. The place was perfect for our family and will stay there again!

Everything was great. The property had everything we needed from silverware to towels in every room as well as the option for doing laundry along with laundry detergent. Overall, it was great and I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful home in Indy that will accommodate the whole family. All the space you need for a great stay- clean, comfy, and a kitchen with everything you need. The lower level kept the kids entertained with foosball, air hockey and video games.

This was a great property for our family of 5. We also hosted several Christmas gatherings the week we stayed and it was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for dining and hanging out. The basement was great for kids too! We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend for a wedding. The home was absolutely perfect. It exceeded all of our expectations, and it’s very kid friendly. The host was great to work with, and responded almost immediately. I couldn’t recommend this property more. We will definitely be back!

A group of colleagues stayed here during a conference. It was a bit of a drive into Indianapolis, but the Vrbo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed to maximize comfort and ease of use. Minor mishap with door code on check in but other than that it was excellent. The property would also be perfect for families or friends traveling as there is ample common space as well as room for privacy. Awesome all around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and check in was very easy. The owner answered any questions promptly.

House was in a quiet area. Nice and clean. Nicely decorated. Did find the back patio door unlocked when we arrived. Human error. Probably won’t happen again.
Thank you for the stay.

House is very nice and updated fully. Great back yard for kids. Large patio to hang out on with grill and furniture. House is located in quiet cul-de-sac and close to lots of amenities.

This older home in a quiet neighborhood was just what our family of 5 adults was looking for during our recent visit. The kitchen had pretty much everything you might need, although we didn't actually cook during our 3-night stay. The owner includes a lot of nice touches like toiletries, Keurig cups, games, books, etc. There is easy access to I-465 and lots to do in the area. The backyard was lovely. The master suite is spacious, the adjacent office was quite convenient and would work well as a nursery if travelling with a baby. The only complaint I have is that the laminate floors upstairs are quite creaky and noisy.

We came to Indiana from Texas and have never been.
We chose this home based on location from an event that we were here to attend.
We found this home to be in a great location, close to everything, and quite frankly a very inviting peaceful place to stay.
The host was quick to reply and extremely accommodating.
The home was updated and modern, yet laid back and lived in, in a good way…
Very clean, neat, tidy, had plenty of towels and blankets, and great for a family event.
Thank you so much to the host and thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and this house was great for us and our other children to stay in for most of the week. We really appreciated the supply of basic cooking spices, coffee and tea and good supply of cookware and dishes. The host’s communication and responses to us were excellent!

We had a quick vidit in Indianapolis due a tournament in the area. Had a wonderful time. Grateful that we found a house that could facilitate all our needs. Each person had their own privacy. Great time had by all. Owners went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Definitely would stay here again.

We went to the pacers game Friday and the bowling tournament Sunday. Played video games and enjoyed the house on Saturday. Overall great experience.

Our family had a great and fun stay in this clean and comfortable place for our new year get-together. Check-in and access was easy and smooth. It had everything we needed: a great selection of games to supplement our own, a large table to play those games, a comfortable large couch for sitting together and visiting. Having a half-bath on the main level was extra convenient as well. The outdoor spaces looked great and we look forward to coming back to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy those too. We loved being able to do our laundry so we could pack light, we all really loved the Earth-friendly organic soaps, we enjoyed the old-fashioned popcorn popper, and of course who doesn't love classic video games?
The house has four real bedrooms (one is smaller than the others, and our group of 6 didn't use it), the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and towels. Strategically placed power strips in the living room and bedrooms make it easy to charge/power multiple devices in spots that are easy to reach. In the kitchen there is both a traditional coffee pot and Keurig, and some tea is also provided, but if you're a tea devotee, you might want to bring your own kettle.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with lots nearby, good restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, so it is easy to get anything you forgot or need for your stay. This was a great house, in a great place, with a wonderful host, and since we have family in Indianapolis we'll definitely want to come again!

Everything was perfect. Our family and a couple friends stayed in this home when my daughter graduated college a couple weeks ago! 👩🎓
The home was beautiful and we had plenty of space for our party of 7. She provided everything we needed for cooking while we were there. The couple of times we reached out to Jamie, we got an immediate response.
Thank you for opening your home to our family and making my daughter’s graduation weekend perfect! If we are ever in Indianapolis again, we will be staying here.

My husband and I (and 3 members of our bridal party plus 2 SO) stayed here for our wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean, and it was decorated for Christmas which was a huge plus in my book. The amenities are truly generous and the yard looks like it would be an amazing place to relax (the weather was cold and rainy when we were there) the host was great at communicating and making sure all of our needs were met
