I have stayed at Trilogy several times when travelling for business several times. It is within easy walking distance of the CBD. There is are 3 convenience stores, restaurants and hotels nearby. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. There is a gym, swimming pool and barbecue area as well. Check-in was very quick and the staff were very friendly. I will be back!

Accommodation was fine.
Access was awkward due to lack of reception after hours.

great apartment, bit out of the way to get to stuff, be prepared to walk, or drive.
our apartment furniture was a bit worn (steel table/coffee table had the plating worn off), the ensuite shower head did not work, and the glass partition for the tub in the main bath was loose and resulted in water all over the floor. just minor maintenance issues that likely no one had told them about.
pool was not heated so that REALLY sucked. the water was freezing so the beautiful view of the lit pool at night was a big tease for my kids. ;)
apartment was not massive so a bit cramped for our family of 5, but serviceable for a short stay.
but, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, beds were comfy, and the size of the balcony was amazing.
only communication issue i had was that i went to the office to ask for another sachet of laundry powder, and was told it would be brought to me in the next hour, and that never happened - i ended up buying a bottle of detergent (for one load of laundry). i left a voice message and never got a call back or anything.

Air-con not working. Right near ambulance station, and the insulation/sound proofing was not so good so you can hear sirens at all hours. Beds were damaged (aesthetically) so was generally not so appealing. Good location if you don’t mind walking, which we don’t. Free parking was a plus for us. Booked for 5 people but room was only prepared for four. Limited reception hours made having this rectified difficult.

The apartment was in a good location, close to the city and Central Station. Unfortunately the room wasn't very clean and the fridge and DVD player were not working. We left a message with reception regarding the fridge but they never got back to us.

Other than service, the rest are excellent.

We have stayed here before in 2017 in a garden apartment and it was clean and well maintained. .Unfortunately the apartment on a higher floor was not . The carpets need to be replaced and the walls need painting along with some new furniture.

I booked a room in this hotel because it looked like it covered two of the needs we had: closeness to the CBD and a reasonable price, sadly my family and I were not prepared for our first night.- Location: the provided apartment was not located in Trilogy Residencies as per Expedia add but in City Park Apartments.- Apartment: the booking was for a two-rooms apartment, initially a one-room apartment was provided. The solution from their management was to cancel our reservation (losing our money) or provide us with an extra bed. We arrived at 10:00 PM on a Thursday night with three little children. - Attention to the client: after failing to convince management to provide a better solution, my wife took over and had a conversation. Management said the hotel policy was to offer those two options, it was up to the guest to decide whether to accept it or not. After a lot of complaining, another one-room apartment was offered as to compensate the initial mistake, so we could sleep that night. - Attention to the client: the night phone service and night management tried their best to escape to avoid hearing our complains, cutting our conversation and even hanging the phone.- Compensation: none was offered beyond a half-hearted apology the next morning, and a change to the room we have expected at the moment of booking.

Simple but comfortable place. Ok for short stay.
Bathroom abit too cramped - bathtub was very close to hand basin cabinet. Hit and hurt my knee when coming out of bathtub. Recommend owner to put protector over the sharp edges

A value for money stay in brisbane. The apartment was alittle dusty though. We are not fussy travelers but it got my wife sinus acting up. Other than that, pretty well equipped for 1-2 nights stays

Lovely apartment with good location and comfy bed but not great service and lounge furnishings were pretty much unusable. The couch had broken springs poking up just under surface of fabric so badly you could see them and couldn't sit on it. The 2 lazy boy chairs were in recline position and broken so they couldn't be put back up right. This made it challenging to get into. Staff offered to move us but told us we had to move out at 10am and wait around till early afternoon while they tried to find another room - but no guarantees and as we were only there for 2 days it seemed a waste of our time. We were then referred to the management but they have not got back to us.
2 of the 6 pool loungers were also broken and unusable.

The room was really good. Open, lots of space, seperate bedroom and self contained so I could do my own meals.
Parking was easy access and the right price!
Well located at Spring Hill, and in as new condition

The poperty looked clean on arrivel but it was far from, the shower was mouldy the was rubbish on the floor between the bed and bedside table. The dishes and cup were dirty. There were no pot for cooking and we were meant to receive a free bottle of wine.
After calling to reception we were told they would have the bottle of wine and pots the next day but this never happened. Called a number of time the next day but no one answered the phone.. They did end up calling us back but it was about half a day after we had checked out. Their solution was for us to go back to pick up the bottle of wine. By this time we were half way back to sydney. Sorry but that service was not good enough.

Great service. Free parking and good location for walking or cheap Ubers around Brisbane. The apartment was big and had all the necessary equipment. We had the 2 bedroom unit on the top floor and especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace!

Was an overnight stop and the place was well located.Checking was well planned and the Check in Lady was very courteous.
Parking is undercover and will require s key to access.
There is a lift and the rooms are spacious and for a family of 5 were good.
The apartment had comfortable beds and linen was nice and clean. The toilets were cleaned out as well. The kitchen area and floors could have been better cleaned.
