Huge room, very comfortable although the street downstairs was a little noisy. Amazing location. Staff all very friendly and helpful. A great stay!

Great boutique hotel. Fantastic location, No hesitation recommending this accommodation. Please note the there is no lift / elevator here. Our room was in the third floor and was 84 steps up/down which wasn’t a problem for us, (second floor would be 56 steps up/down) but may be an issue with people with any mobility restrictions. Reception staff are willing to help with luggage should you need assistance.

Great location for a tourist visiting Krakow. 1 minute walk to main square. The stairs to the 3 floor was a task after being out all day sightseeing.

The only thing is it on a negative side that all rooms are locate it on a third floor and there is no elevator. If you don’t mains that then it’s great place to stay.

The property excellent, room was very clean, location can not be better , air conditioning was fine according to Europe. The only problem the coffee machine was not working by the second day but that was not a problem, because there are plenty of cafes around the hotel. You can walk to the raynek , to the train station , Wawel castle ,getto. Is in the second floor no lift , not for people with mobility problems.I would definitely stay again.

This was a unique and well-kept property. Those at the registration desk went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The online description should include the fact that the only way to the rooms is up the stairs. There is no elevator.

The hotel was amazing but there was an issue with the wifi where it would say it was connected to our phones but in reality it wasn’t. When checking out all our data had been used even though it said we were connected to the wifi. Other than that the hotel and accommodation was amazing!!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location we couldn’t fault anything, the only downside is there is no lift & a few flights of stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us but if you are booking here you need to be aware. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Krakow

Excellent all round. Rooms immaculate and lovely and clean. Toiletries provided which were a nice touch. Beds super soft. Well positioned for Old Town. Only downside was up on 2nd floor, four flights of stairs, hard work after a long day.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of the old town. We had room 9 on the top floor and it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast is served next door at a restaurant but doesn't start until 9am but runs until 1pm..

Fantastic stay in boutique 22 warm welcome and friendly staff. Superb room although can be noisy but that is the trade off for a central location. Still slept well We would have no hesitation in return again.

Great location, only two minutes walk from main square, although street noise can be an issue. Next door to Pizzatopia which is a big bonus. Breakfast is at a restaurant close by which has great options. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Loved our stay. Had a room facing the courtyard so everything was very quiet. The room was immaculate. The only downside was the stairs (there isn’t an elevator), but that’s not the hotel’s fault 😊 You will be close to literally everything, we were able to walk to Wawel, Kazimierz and multiple museums as well as the Vistula and all the restaurants.

Lovely room. Clean and modern. Stairs up to the room were a bit much, but nothing can be done about it. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a back room so was very quiet. Air conditioning was a blessing as temps hit 30°+ during our stay.

Great hotel with really friendly service. It may not be possible for taxis to pull up outside and hotel is on the 2nd floor of the building (no lifts). Rooms are well appointed.

Have just returned from a stay at this apartment. It was beautiful clean. Stairs are not for the faint hearted 😂. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Looking forward to returning again soon

Beautiful room in a wonderful tenement building within the old town of Krakow. Excellent value. Super comfy bed. Delicious breakfast available just a few feet away from the building. 15 minutes walk to the main railway station which gave us excellent connections to the airport for just a few pounds. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you for a perfect stay.
