I would come again. One thing we didn’t get was a roll-in shower which was the room we booked. Another thing is we came in and checked in early, we didn’t get the room until 3, I would say at least 1pm would’ve been nice considering we had an infant with us, they should work on working harder to get people in early depending on situations. However, they allowed us to park, use the pools and be around in the lobby with our baby which was nice while we waited for our room. Other than that, I’d say everything was good.

This property was amazingly beautiful. My stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The food was spectacular. I am definitely coming back to visit soon.

The property itself was exactly what I expected from a Hilton, except for the most important thing to me, which was a comfortable bed, which is why I always stay at Hiltons. This bed was so hard and so uncomfortable that we had to leave one day early. This was the first time I had ever stayed at a Hilton that it had such a firm bed and I only slept an hour and a half the whole night. I normally stay at the Hilton near the Neptune statue, but that one was booked for that particular weekend and I have never had a uncomfortable night sleep there or any other Hilton that matter.

There was so much to do that was all part of the resort.unexpected was the air show put on by the Italian Air force as part of a celebration of the 75th anniversary of NATO.

The ambiance was as serene as can be. Sole purpose for this trip was to relax and that is exactly what I was able to do. Very convenient to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Felt extremely clean and staff was professional and pleasant!

The balcony sliding door in our room was malfuctioning. It would not lock and was easy to open. I had two small children with me and I was uncomfortable with the condition of the door. I called the front desk and asked if someone could fix it or if we could change rooms. The attendant did not sound too concerned but stated he would send someone to look at it. A long time passed so I called again there was no answer at the desk. In the end no one came. Since it was late my husband suggested I lock the bedroom doors and keep the kids in there. I do not understand why this would not be an immediate response. It is incredibly dangerous to have an unsecure door in any room let alone the 7th floor. I was very disappointed with the lack of concern and I have to wonder if the hotel inspects their rooms. It appears they would have only been interested if someone's child fell off the balcony. I payed almost $600 for one night and we did not get our money worth. But not feeling safe in your own room was the worst of it all. If there had been time to find somewhere else I would have but we had a funeral to attend to in the morning. I will avoid Embassy next time.

It was a great 24hour getaway. The room was oceanfront, clean and comfortable. So much on site, I didn’t have to leave at all. All the food and drinks were good. Staff friendly and accommodating.

My room (room 984) wasn't cleaned. After I reported to the front desk, I was told that they knocked my door since I didn't repond, they didn't clean it. I DIDN'T display the sign because I needed the roto be cleaned. A lady who was cleaning the room just nest next to mine (room 982) saw me leaving my room. I hope this hotel doesn't make the decision on which rooms to clean based on how the customers names sound. I am still trying to understand. With the price paid I was expecting better treatment.
