This is the worst hotel I have ever booked via Hotels.com. I stayed in Room 4, right under steps and all night you can hear people going up and down. TV did not work and it was extreamly dirty behind TV. Carpet was full of stains including what looks like an Iron that burned the carpet by the bathroom. Bed skirt was coverred in stains. Chair by the desk is broken and also full of stains. Curtains are to small for the window and a blue neon light from outside keep the room very bright. Breakfast was a joke and not worth the 9gbp. Hotels.com, you might want to inspect this hotel because these hotels should not be on it. As for myself, I would much rather sleep in the airport next time then go to this hotel again.

A good place to stay at for a night or 2. Standard rooms, I would say the rooms are quite small. The accommodation is placed on a main road so it can get quite noisy with hearing cars / vans go by. The walls are white thin as you can hear people exiting and entering their rooms. Decent location to the NEC. Friendly staff, would stay again.

There was no receptionist at the reception throughout out the morning, again I never had my breakfast that I paid for.

Very hard to find in dark, no lit signing, sign on gates only faces one way. So if coming from oppsite direct you can go straight past it.

A very tired old hotel. Rooms are terrible. Bathrooms are tiny and smelly. No hot water in the morning for a shower. Worst experience I have had for a while.

The Manager was extremely helpful and the Hotel very clean and convenient for Birmingham Airport. We will definitely use this Hotel again. Bedroom small but bed very comfortable.

Hotel stay before an early flight the next morning. Staff were so friendly and helpful, offering us a heater when we asked for an extra blanket. Bottled water in room on arrival. Room was quite spacious for 3 of us, bathroom small but clean and perfectly fine. So close to the airport and could leave car there for £6 a day. Taxi was £5.50 to airport so much cheaper than paying for airport parking. Would stay again pre flight.

Great front desk service, a very warm welcome and exactly as described, great price point for what you get.

Location is good - not far from NEC at all.
Car parking for around 20 cars - £6 per day for guests
Given room on top floor with a number of bags to carry up stair cases (there is no lift). Stairs are quite narrow too so made it trickier.
Room was small with limited floor space as were in the eaves. Had difficulty sleeping all weekend due to the heating being on constantly. We asked for the heating to be turned off in our room or at least turned down overnight - this didn’t happen. No valve on radiator in room to help us control the temp.
Overall it was ok but don’t expect much space in the rooms, the photos are deceptive.

Lovely welcome and very clean but the rooms were very small and everytime someone in the building use the toilet or shower the noise was umbearable. Also was not informed on parking fee of £6.00 per day and £15.00 per dog. Maybe this should be added to the description. The kitchen was being refurbed so there was no restaurant for the evening meal or cooked breakfast. On saying that the host was so friendly and helpful

Mattress a bit lumpy.
Breakfast a bit pricey for not a lot of choice.

Not brilliant from the start pay extra for parking pay extra for breakfast. Put on second floor which I could barely get up the stairs (no lift) no restaurant food unless ordered in takeaway. I couldn’t get down stairs for food so ate next days sandwiches. Snacks were available to pay for. Bed very uncomfortable for me

Stayed for 1 night, very friendly and welcoming staff, room very small but ok for the 1 night, disturbed night due to boiler, other guests being loud and continuous banging of doors.

The staff are helpful and the rooms are basic but OK on a budget. Clean but has a bit of a musty smell. It's an old property with wooden floorboards and thin walls so you can hear everything. I could not get a good night's sleep and was woken up several times in the night. One morning I had no hot water. Would not stay there again.

Quite basic facilities - reminded me of my room at university hall of residence. Absolutely fine for the price though, I would be happy to stay here again if I was attending something at the NEC and just needed somewhere to sleep.

Cheap rate booked on hotels.com. Turned up and they demanded £6.00 extra for parking, obviously to keep their online price low. Paid reasonable £5.00 for breakfast but breakfast consisted of cheap cellophane wrapped croissant and cereals and powdered coffee I could have had in my room. At least the milk was fresh!

Staff were very helpful when I arrived extremely late to check in due to a delayed flight

Dreadful, room was smelly, bed up against wall, bedside table covered part of the bed, shower was cold. Patio area disgraceful, kitchen closed so no food. Parking was not free. I would definitely advise against staying at this hotel.

Property was clean. Although not stated parking was charged per day. Shower had a leak in and room was tiny. We booked the biggest room and honestly it was ridiculously small. No storage space at all. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, was like sleeping on a brick. Staff were lovely though and it’s such ashame the stay wasn’t as pleasurable as we would have liked given the price point we could have paid an extra £10 and stayed in a premier inn. Seriously cannot fathom the price for such small rooms and the standard of the rooms.

2 night stay, no house keeping on the second day no fresh towels, shower was pitiful no pressure what so ever

A short one night stay for business. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
My room was a basic single room but ideal for a one night stop over. very clean although noisy with the boiler room below. An ideal location for the airport or NEC, with a nice town near by.

Room was ok bed linen had some dark marks on it but not soiled parking was expensive at £6 a night. Shower was a little on the small side.
During my stay retaurant was closed but there are takeaways close by.

It was a really nice atmosphere staff were really friendly only issue is the £6 a night charge to park was a bit excessive
