We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! This small family resort is located in the jungle, 15 minutes from the city centre. We loved the jungle sounds, here you really unwind. They offer a motorbike for free to get around. Great service by extremely friendly people.

Fantastisk oplevelse.

I love how very relaxing it is to stay there and very good and helpful hosts. And love the complimentary scooter. Breakfast was amazing and delicious first night welcoming dinner.
Sometimes the flush doesn’t flush all the way.. and the bidet holder was a little loose and broke off. But still works tho!

Incredibly unique experience right in the middle of nature. The family and staff were super friendly and welcoming and made sure we had what we requested, including breakfast to the room, transportation, massages, and they even taught us how to play Filipino billiards.
Keep in mind you’re in the middle of a jungle and bugs and animals are all around, so just know what you’re getting into.

Eco Friendly beautiful cottages. If you are looking to escape from the city, this is the best way. During the night you will hear only the nature. Recommended the dinner with the bonfire.

Peaceful and tranquil. You really are in nature sharing your stay with chickens at breakfast,🦎at night and of course bugs. The guys are very nicely designed and cool with added fans. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.
Nothing to dislike. Free scooters was a big help. The road to the accommodation is around 1.5 km for the main road so you need the scooters to get you around

The owner and personal are very helpful and welcoming
The breakfast was good enough and served on time
Breakfast and bike included in the price is a good value
We did not enjoyed our stay as our expectations were higher after seeing the other comments.
There's a lot of things that should be improved and that you should know before coming.
The water heater of the shower was not working properly. You have to open the other sink and leave that way while showering.
The bathroom's door not closing
The bathrooms plastic is moving
The curtains falling every time you try to move it.
A lot of bugs and mosquitoes everywhere. We had to wash all our clothes going back home.
The road to the hotel is very muddy and impossible to drive in the dark with the bike. So you have to come early and there's nothing to do in the hotel (cannot stay outside(mosquitoes) no wifi at all, no tv..)
My advice is to stay max 1 to 2 nights. For me this stay doesn't worth the price, we had better for much cheaper in the Philippines.

The bamboo cottages are very traditional which was great and was a unique experience especially in El Nido were most accommodation are made of concrete and in contemporary design. The cottages are in a family-owned farm and you could see the live chicken and pigs freely roaming around which was really nice and made the experience an authentic farm stay, which is a welcome change from the usual seafront accommodation in El Nido. The family that runs the business is also very friendly and accommodating. We had a chat with the family’s matriarch and she told us about the story of their farm and how they regenerated the entire area for birds and wildlife as it was previously used for slash-and-burn agriculture, now as you see in the photos, the cottages are in lush greenery and overall a really lovely place away from the busy El Nido town.
The steps going down to the bathroom and the bathroom tiles themselves were slippery; some anti-slip mat could be put there to avoid any potential accident; I almost slip while showering. Location is about 20-30 mins drive from El Nido town but they do provide a motorbike for your free use to roam around during the stay.

The cottage is beautiful and the bed is comfortable, a lot of insects but that’s because you are in the forest. The host Henrick was the best!! He helped us with so many things and was always so kind. Breakfast at the cottage was also very good.
I would definitely recommend this stay!

We spent a fantastic week there, everything is wonderful : the bamboo cabin, the view, the food, and especially the hosts!
Everyone has been so kind to us, we had really inspiring talks with the hosts and we felt very lucky to discover El Nido from a more local point of view (thanks to the host).
We will miss this place and everyone !

recurrent electricity blackouts , however that is not accommodation fault

The chicken v sleepy travler, battle for my breakfast... only kidding! All good...

This is not accommodation, this is pure connection with nature,in the best sense of the word.... If you don't mind a connection with nature and a clear sky full of stars, then this is the right place for you! The whole family of owners is super kind. Even though we only stayed one night, I felt like part of the family. Great job and amazing place. An unforgettable experience. Thank you again very much once again. PS: The welcome dinner was magical. Big hugs and best wishes from the Czech Republic. Lukas & Nadia

Very off the grid, perfect for a change from the busy touristy town. Further out from the main busy El Nido Town but that’s just what we needed to split our trip and be nearer to the northern beaches such as Nacpan and Dulli. We loved the family who owns and operates the cottages - they were the highlight of the stay! Everything is impeccably managed: toilet is very clean and proper, breakfast is perfectly cooked and very delicious, they also offer us to join the BBQ dinner however we didn’t manage to join so maybe next time. Would come again 🤩
If the day is too hot, sleep might be a tad disturbed even though the fan is on.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.
The place was incredible, one of the best bungalows I've ever been to.
The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming.
Jonel, the owner, is been the best host. Friendly and extremely helpful.
I've been offered a delicious welcoming drink and the best dinner with the best company (Toby and Tim).
100% recommended.

The Cottages are absolutely amazing. The design is very well thought of. I have not been in a place like this before and it's probably the only one from it's kind in El Nido. The place is run by a very friendly family who is always around to make sure you feel comfortable and you have everything you need. The hospitality is amazing, it starts with a welcome drink, continues with a welcome dinner by the fire-pit and ends with a lovely breakfast by the cottage terrace. The place also offers airport pick up and drop off for an additional fee which is very convenient. I would recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy the experience and you want to be in contact with nature, but if you have other activities planned this location is probably not the top choice.
Because this is such a unique place, it's location is not very centric. The accommodation offers free use of scooters if you know how to ride one or you can also catch a ride with the owner if he is available. During my visit there were some strange bugs that managed to get inside the mosquito net, this didn't allow me to have a good rest. The second night the family changed the mosquito net and bed linen and they were almost all gone. Apparently this was the first time that happened so it might be an isolated case. Keep in mind you are in nature so there are animals and bugs around.

Absolutely everything! The place has its own magic. The cottages are beautiful and very very comfortable in the middle of a jungle full of squirrels!! Yes, the phillipino native squirrel, and it is near by the best beaches of the area. It is also very fast to get to El Nido by motorcycle or tricycle.. The family that own and run the place is adorable and always ready to fulfill everyone’s needs.
Great experience.
Absolutely nothing.

This is one of our favorite places in El Nido, Calm, special and absolutely beautiful. The host was so pleasant and offered us a great dinner♡.. We love the late night conversation without being disturbed by others, late night listening to sounds from the nature, and the incredible morning view at our first of sight the day. It was just perfect!!!

Very peaceful stay in El Nido. The cottages are beautiful with nice view and patio unto the jungle. The family is adorable and makes you feel at home with a welcome dinner and breakfast brought to your patio in the morning. Scooters are available for free and they give you a full guide of what to do on El Nido. It’s also a very Eco- friendly place. Overall it’s amazing place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature!

Where to start? When we arrived we already felt that this place is magical! We were greeted with a welcome drink (best mango juice we'vd ever had!) and our bags were brought up to the bamboo hut in the same time. In the evening we had a welcome dinner with a camp fire.
The bamboo hut is just beautiful! Everything is man made, the bed incl. sheets are very comfy & it is great to have the mosquito net - altough we did not have many natural visitors 😉. The breakfast (continental) was great too & is served in front of the hut in the middle of nature. In the night you can stargaze & you can also see a nice sundet.
The owners - Jonet and his family as well as his brother - are such kind people, very attentative & super helpful. We had dinner twice during our stay, everything was very tasty & freshly prepared by Jovel. Some of the food is from their farm (mango, eggs etc), some elements are bought but from what they have told us they try to be even more self retained in the future. Also the place has a nice "history" as it was build up from the ground respectively all plants were planted and have grown over the past year. It was very nice to see how they love their place & that there are still people which are regrowing nature! 😊
They have also picked us up as well as dropped us off at the airport in their nice car (hands done at 6am in the morning!). And not to forget - we also were able to use one of their motorcycles for free which was a very nice & well appreciated add on!
Thanks again for everything - if we come back to Palawan we will make sure to come by again 😍.

Nice location in quiet place with a lot of nature. If you want to go in the city you need to drive the scooter 20 min and the road is not so good and also is dark and if is raining is more dificult. The breakfast included it is just chicken or pork with rice and one egg..every day is the same and if you want another breakfast you need to pay extra. The family tried to help with everything, i lost my phone in airport and then try to help me to recover and in the end i recoverd my phone. I am so grateful for this! This acomodation it is for 2 or 3 days maximum..to enjoy the experience.

the bamboo cottages are one of a kind, I love how sustainable they are.
bed was very comfortable, the hammock is a beautiful touch in the rooms and the views are incredible, all toiletries were provided and it’s around 20 minutes from el nido city.
be prepared that you are sleeping out in a mini jungle so you will hear all strange sounds from the surrounding nature.
we absolutely loved it and the manager was very humble and accommodating. he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Thank you jonell.
