Had an amazing stay when visiting Paphos for a wedding with my partner and friends. The place was clean, with comfy beds and the pool an absolute highlight where we spent most of our time in the Cypriot Sun.
Would definitely stay again

If we don´t speak about the trouble getting into the house and warm water the first day. (the problems were solved very quickly) we had a very lovely stay in the villa. Enough rooms and bathrooms for all the people.

Highly Recommended 5 star villa!
The villa has everything you need for a perfect break away, it’s spacious & clean.
The Villa is perfectly situated & a 15 min walk into the village with lots of fabulous tavernas & bars.
We love our stay & would happily return & recommend to friends

I had booked the villa as a surprise for my son and his girlfriend (in their 30s) to stay when they came for a holiday - as we were staying nearby to me.
Spotlessly clean with high end furnishings and what looked like a new kitchen, the place was very impressive. Also the peaceful location soon helped them chill out very quickly, even though it was still in the low 30’s most days.
The view was outstanding, with a vista covering towards the airport and down towards Coral Bay. Made even better when floating in the infinity pool, according to my son!
They liked being close to the village centre which had amazing traditional tavernas ( they loved the Peyia Tavern) and a couple of bars; which set them up for their evenings in the busy Coral Bay strip of bars.
They both said they would stay again and would recommend it for couples as well large families as it was a very large spacious villa.
Compliments to the hosts and their management team for helping them get a really enjoyable break!

1) The electricity "jumped" all the time. 2) when we received the villa there was a terrible stench of sewage and of course gases from the sewer, it turned out that no one had checked the house before, so water dried up in the drains, the yard was not taken care of and was full of leaves, after we woke up it was cleaned and all the leaves for over a week were few, so "Stories" about wrong wind and leaves, the equipment in the house feels like leftovers, it was written in the explanation that there is a clothes dryer, which only works with clothes lines, and some of the air conditioners are outdated and work on a timer of a maximum of two hours - meaning you have to wake up and restart, many other things were not right.

We stayed at Villa Adonia during August 2023. We travelled as a family of four plus two elderly in-laws.
Peyia is a quiet village about 25 mins outside of Paphos and about 45mins from Paphos airport (€70 in a taxi from Coral Bay Taxis).
There is a mini supermarket and restaurants about 5 mins drive away in Peyia and a larger supermarket about 10mins drive away. The local mini supermarket whilst only being a relatively short distance away, the walk there is very hilly, so would be difficult to walk for some.
Because of the location i would say that a car is essential. We hired a car from Leo Opsimos - a local car hire company who came to pick us from the villa to collect our car.
The Villa itself has everything you would need on a selfcatering family holiday. There was plenty of space for the six of us and the room layout was perfect (double room with ensuite, twin room with ensuite upstairs and another double and twin each with ensuites downstairs).
There is lots of space outside with lots of sun loungers and shade for those that want it. The pool has a slope toward the deepend. This was helpful for the in-laws, with their dodgy knees, bad ankles, athritic shoulders etc. etc.
Morning or evening, the view from the villa is amazing and looks down the hill toward the sea.
We had no issues with communications with the villa owner or local management. They were all very helpful and friendly.
It really is a great villa and very well managed. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely great stay at Villa Adonia. Villa is very good located in Peya town, in a very calm and quite neighbourhood. Tracey and Lynn were extremely helpful and communicative. Nice and cosy swimming pool with sundress with umbrellas. Everything was brilliant. The only thing was air conditioning system, it worked nice but it has a time limit of maximum two hours, after which we had to switch it on again.
I wanted to thank Tracey and Lynn for helping to make our holidays great!

Villa was just as expected. I was a little apprehensive of the pool due to previous reviews but it was perfect for us. Parts deep enough I couldn’t reach the bottom so able to have fun, not overlooked and a lovely beach style.
Villa felt really authentic and traditional and the BBQ and facilities fab.
Enough fans around so have one in each bedroom and found didn’t need aircon most of the time.
We accidentally broke a screen whilst away and the team were really helpful in getting it replaced for a really cheap price! Super helpful team, always available for questions.
Highly recommend the stay!

Tracy was a brilliant, helpful and super responsive host. Couldn't have asked for more - thank you.
Check in was only complicated by the fact that it is a nightmare to find - none of the taxi drivers knew where to go to and the address didn't come up on Google maps/Waze etc - BUT Tracy met us and led us there and we shared Google pins with drivers after that.
Villa is comfortable inside and well proportioned. The pool has been brilliantly photographed, By which I mean it looks lovely (which it was ) and large (which it wasn't). An unusual sloping base means it's not that practical for anyone wanting to do swim more than a couple of meters. leave your goggles and Mark Spitz dreams at home.
The area is interesting. Although there are some nice Greek restaurants in Peyia, the vibe everywhere is completely English - which means that there's a busy English community all around in Peyia. Which is good if that's your thing (which is great if it ids) but definitely would not recommend this town (it's far too large to be called a village any more) to anyone looking for some quiet and isolation blending into the local community.
Paphos has wonderful archeological sites that are well worth a visit (Tombs of the Kings and the Museum near the old port where Villas of Dionysius and Theseus are preserved are both well worth a visit - you don't need to be an archeology nerd to be impressed)

A lovely big property and with 4 en-suite bedrooms communal living and privacy are assured. The area is hilly, hence the super views, so walking is perfectly possible but for anyone with restricted mobility you’d want to use the car to get into the village. I’d recommend having car, not least for you to explore other parts of the island. We used the pool, which is lovely, but at the time of year we were there, was too cold for a daily dip. In the summer it would be fantastic. The house is made of stone so great for cooling down in the summer. For us the fact it had central heating was a real blessing as winter nights on the island can be cold. There is every appliance you have at home available to you and a washing machine that plays a tune was a new one to us! Communication with the owner was excellent, replies to queries dealt with almost immediately. The property manager Lynn and her associate Alison are exceptional in our long experience of winter, long term villa rentals. Issues that cropped up were rectified very quickly- we messed up the safe access and it was sorted within 15 minutes. When the heating went off, gas delivery was quickly arranged, within 24 hours. The air con was used to heat the villa in the meantime. We were out and about a lot, but had some lovely days on the sunbeds by the pool, they are very comfy! Pegeia is a lovely village, great tavernas and a good little supermarket, the big brother to which is just a 8 minute drive away. We can recommend the delivery service from Savas taverna - imagine getting kleftiko and dolmades delivered to your home! I’d like to thank Tracy, Lynn and Alison for their professionalism and customer focus, it made for a great holiday.

Squeezed in only a long weekend before another trip for my daughter and her partner’s wedding. Villa was located in a lovely quiet area, a short walk to the town. It is beautifully situated, and spacious. Enjoyed breakfast by the pool, and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The pool water was a tad too cool for a dip, and no time to check out the sauna. The weather was magnificent - 18C and beautiful sunshine. Host was very responsive and very helpful with recommendations. Hope to be able to return.

We’ve just returned from a 4 week stay at villa adonia. The villa is nice and has a lovely outside area with infinity pool. The views from the pool are great, especially on a clear day.
When we arrived we were disappointed to find out that the air conditioning units in every room had a restrictor fitted meaning that the air conditioning could only be on for a maximum of 2 hours at a time (this is in accordance with Cypriot government guidelines apparently) but it did cause a big problem for us. It was very hot and we had our family due to arrive including 2 babies so needed no restrictions as far as air con use was concerned. We contacted Steve and Charlotte, the property’s management team and they spoke to the owner Tracey back in the UK. Tracey agreed to rectify it and this was done within 24 hours which was great. It is a 15-20 minute walk into the village of Peyia and I must admit we expected this to be an easier walk. If you have small children in buggies then the pavements are uneven and it is uphill on the way back. The village has a supermarket and a few tavernas and bars. Coral bay is a ten minute drive away with more choice of restaurants. There is a much larger supermarket there and a Lidl around 25 mins from the villa. A taxi return from the villa to Coral Bay is €30 and to the village of Kathikas is €50.
A welcome pack is left for you providing the basics of milk, orange juice, tea and coffee and there were also a few dishwasher tablets as well which was handy. If you are arriving late at night there are lots of Kiosks (small supermarkets) en route to the villa and we found this ideal for a small shop to start us off.
The villa is in a quiet residential area which was very peaceful however nothing is within ten minute walk of the villa. The bedrooms are adequately furnished and each has an en-suite bathroom. There is an outside laundry room with really good washing machine and there is an outside washing line.
We spent most of our time outside. The sun loungers are very comfortable and pool towels are provided. The pool is cleaned by Steve twice a week.
The property managers; Steve and Charlotte were lovely and very helpful.
All in all a nice villa which gave us a lovely, relaxing break.

Perfect villa for a family gathering. Luxurious, everyone has their own en-suite. Lovely pool and sauna. Ideally placed for the coast and the mountains.

Villa is everything we had hoped in a beautiful village with some lovely traditional places to eat, yet not far from Coral Bay. Tracey recommended a car hire contact who was reliable and very reasonable. All in all a great stay!

The villa vas well organised and all necessities was available.
When we had electric problem it was solved quickly while we were in town.
Getting hot water in winter is not straightforward.

I have stayed in Adonia and the villa next door several times over the past few years and love them both (seems they are owned by same owner). I have to travel with my work and am fortunate to work in Paphos from time to time. When I do, I select this villa or Villa Harmony next door, depending if I bring my family.
The owners have clearly understood what is needed in a holiday let to make it home from home, with everything you need.
They have recently updated furnishings and they are beautiful. Both villas have spectacular views and really are relaxing places to be. I highly recommend either villa.

Beautiful Villa Adonia (Stayed March 2018)
We stayed at this four bedroom (all ensuite) Villa for a family celebration. We had a great stay. The villa is well equipped and clean. The villa has excellent Wi-Fi and Internet TV with all the UK stations and even has catch up. The infinity pool is excellent with great sea views and we spent many hours doing very little there. We did not make use of the sauna as it was nice and hot outside It is well located if you have a car (Although a 10/15 min walk to the village bars and restaurants and supermarket) and want to be slightly away from busier areas, having said that you can drive to Coral Bay strip and restaurants in under 5 minutes and a 15-minute drive to Paphos. You are close to the bus route (although we never used it), through Coral Bay and all the way to Paphos, there are some great family and more sedate restaurants in and around Coral bay although the village (Peyia) has a good selection, if you want to smash plates and dance and generally have a good time try "Savvas Grill’s” Greek night in the village, great service and very family friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely book again, the communication with Tracy the owner was first class, during the booking process she answered any queries we had very quickly, even arranging car hire for us. Thanks again Tracy for allowing us to use your beautiful Villa Adonia

We had an excellent stay in this incredible villa. The villa offers 5 star commodities, beautiful spacious rooms and spectacularly scenic views. The villa is situated close to the town of Peyia which offers a good selection of restaurant and bars. We would recommend this villa without hesitation.

We stayed here as a party of 8 to bring in the 2018 new year celebrations. The Adonia villa was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were immaculate and the living/kitchen area provided a spacious and relaxing social area. For any budding chefs... there is a bbq area just next to the kitchen patio doors... which we used most nights!! The show stopper is the pool and terrace area, absolutely stunning views from the infinity pool merging with the ocean. I would highly recommend and we would go back in a heartbeat :)

If we ever come back to peyia we will we definitely be looking to stay here. We wouldn't even look at any other properties! It was splendid, everything we could have asked for. Even with 8 adults staying, the villa was more than big enough. The location is just beautiful, but not far away from the village. Thank you so much for introducing us to Villa Adonia!!
