House is older and a lot of the interior doors do not lock.
The only TV in a bedroom is on the second floor. This has Chromecast.
The Family Room TV has cable and a smart TV.
PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER :)
***The dishwasher is not built-in as the plumbing to the house does not allow us to tap in! It has to be manually moved and connected to the kitchen faucet. Some guests find it easier to hand-wash :)
You are just steps from the new Downtown Cary Park - this spot is amazing and offers so many amenities. A quick online search will show you how gorgeous the park really is.
If you are visiting on a Saturday, be sure to check out the Farmers Market on the other side of the park.
There are often events on Academy Street just adjacent to the house with food trucks, music and more.
We hope you love our not so little town as much as we do!

It's an old house with a mixed bag of furniture. But the location is unbeatable for activities in downtown Cary.
We had some difficulties with the upstairs A/C, but the landlord was very accommodating.

This home is located 1/2 block from the renovated downtown, Cary, NC, with outdoor stage (construction almost done), fantastic playground, Community Arts Center, giant public library, many wonderful restaurants, shops and even a knitting store. The town is walkable, safe, cute and inviting. This home is roomy with excellent beds, refrigerator, kitchen, and lots of games to play including a poker table. The home was roomy, and very comfortable. Outdoors, there is bocci ball and lots of comfortable seating. Further, the home owners were very welcoming and offered easy to understand instructions. We could not have has more fun. If we come through Raleigh again, we will certainly request to stay in this home again. It was wonderful. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with outstanding location. We are deeply appreciative.

Visited Cary as part of attending the Penguins-Hurricanes hockey game over the holiday weekend.
Great location to the downtown park and shops. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to get to PNC Arena for the game.
House was charming, clean, and as described with plenty of things to do - books, games, etc.
Great space for friends and family traveling together. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this neat property! It is an older house with lots of quirky charm, but outfitted for a family of today (read: three bathrooms). The backyard was great, lots of seating, parking, fire pit, and cafe lights. It was perfectly set up, with lots of space for everyone and was within easy walking distance to downtown Cary. A big perk were all the games that the house had to make it more fun for the kids. The only downside was it was a bit buggy, but that is to be expected in the summer in the south. We would definitely rent this again and recommend it to others.

This is an established home, built in 1910, so you have to expect some quirkiness - which I personally enjoy! The location was excellent - walking distance to DT Cary. Would be nice to have the back down opened by the smart code and not just the side and front doors. The yard could be SOOOOO amazing but just was not usable at all, even with the pollen.

We used this house during our stay for the ESSZ age group sectional meet. It was fairly close to the swimming venue and it allowed us recuperation between sessions. It also allowed us to cook meals instead of going out to eat while competing. Plenty of space for our family.
