Truly a gem!!! Get back to nature at this newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, wineries, breweries, farms, Apple Hill orchards, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and so many outdoor adventures. The sunsets through the pines are simply amazing!
Please note, there are stairs inside the condo.

Placerville is a charming California “gold rush” town named after the placer gold deposits found in its river beds and hills in the late 1840’s. Its treasured heritage is reflected in the historical, nineteenth-century architecture of its downtown. Historic downtown Placerville serves as a gathering place for parades, celebrations, and other Historic Main Street events. Historic Main Street features unique shops, antiques, fine art galleries, and restaurants. You’ll find small town charm with a backdrop of Gold Rush history.
Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

This property was very clean and very cute! It was a perfect location for visiting Apple Hill. My family and I had a fabulous time! We will definitely rent this again!

If it was shared in the description I missed it, but the bedrooms are downstairs and it wasn’t easy getting my luggage down. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again!

Living area and bedrooms are on separate floors. Nice place to stay with nearby walk-bike trail.
