Inside you'll find a spacious living room with a large flat screen Smart TV and comfy couches for watching a game or a movie with friends and family. A large dining room is connected to the living room, and the kitchen just steps away when it comes time to prep your meals. Upstairs there are three spacious rooms that each have a queen bed. Large windows let lots of natural light stream in to make the space feel warm and inviting.

Down the front steps and to the right, less than 1 mile away is downtown Oneonta featuring more shops and restaurants of all different varieties and ethnicities. Many great dining options are just minutes away as well as more bars and pizzerias than you could hope to visit, after-all, Oneonta is a two-college town. Home to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College, this little city is full of neat things.
