The house was huge! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of activities for everyone. Great trip!

It's a large place, not too many choices that size. Close to the beach and town. The place is fine, but not as good as advertised. For the second time, one oven didn't work, as well as many TV's and remotes. I specifically asked about these things before I booked for a second time and was told everything was fine because of new management. I reported these issues on the day of arrival and nothing was done about it. However, at least I was told someone would come take care of it. Absolutely no good to have a large family with planned meals, lots of cooking to do and only one oven worked. Planned meals were messed up. The TV remotes are a mess and full of dead batteries. It seems easy to label each remote to the correct room and make sure all TV's and remotes work as they should before people check in. When remotes end up in the wrong room, it's easy to move them where they belong if they're labeled. Ovens should be checked and verified to work, very easy. Refrigerators should be cleaned, always. Bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, dining room and game room were fine. Pool was good, but the people next door 'borrowed' my pool net, I had to 'borrow' it back, then they wanted it back before they checked out so they would get charged. They had to be reminded it belonged to my house. They also had 10-11 vehicles the entire stay, well beyond the 7 car limit rule, making it difficult for the other houses to park. If both stoves and all TV's work, I'd stay again.

We had a good time, but there were several things we were not pleased with. The grills we were told were on the property were not in useable condition. We had 18 steaks were going to cook and come to find out one of the grills did not have the grate in it and the only useable grill was the smaller of the two which ruined our dinner since could not cook fast enough. The chairs in the dining area had drywall screws in the legs holding them Together some of the legs were splintered from the screws and one chair actually broke while someone was sitting on it. Most of the remotes to the TV did not have functional batteries and we had to switch batteries around to try and get them to work and some of the Rokus were not even hooked to the WIfi and could not be used. Picture frame in the hall Going up the stairs were being held up by Velcro tape and one the pictures fell and broke. The parking was horrible there was no designated parking spots so some of us ended up parking toward the end of the property plus we were told we could bring 8 cars but the golf carts that come with the property take up parking space so could not park all the cars properly one of
Our cues had to park up in grass next to the dumpster and the other guest ended up parking his truck at a relative’s house in town and commuted back and forth using the golf cart. Also cart were not clean and one cart we had to go get the keys to because they were not there. Overall the property is good and most of my Coworkers said they would stay there again if those issues were fixed.

The house is cute and is a good set up for having lots of people - very close to the beach and town. The kitchen is lovely but does not come stocked - you'll need to bring everything with you. very limited pots/pans and things like paper towels, dish soap, etc. you will need to bring if you are staying more than a couple days.

Great location and large house, we had multiple families and never felt cramped. Pool was great for the kids.

This house was more than big enough for the 18 people (9 adults, 22-56 and 7 kids, 14-6) with 10 bedrooms (3 on the bottom floor, 2 in the house 1 outside, 7 up top, 3 on one side 4 on the other) all with at least a king size bed and enough bathrooms for all. The private pool was better for the kids (4 feet at it's deepest, with bench seating built in along the sides) but was used by the adults at night to hang out in (not big enough for a swim for an adult or our 6 foot 14 year old). The house didn't lack at all for size or entertainment (ping pong table and shuffle board upstairs and a plethora of tv's.) and was incredibly close to the beach (just a couple minutes by the 2 provided golf carts) All in all, highly recommend for a big family house with kids.

Enjoyed our time there. Had several problems,
2 refrigerators but one didn’t work.
Golf Carts we’re not assigned by number. Neighbors on both sides arguing with us over which golf cart belongs to which house.
Had to call several times to get it resolved
Last, a lot further to the beach then advertised.

Stayed with 9 families and amazing set up! We never felt cramped, location was great! And golf carts included was great and made it easy to get to beach. Wifi didn't work, no dish towels or pot holders to get things out of oven and very squeaky loud beds. We loved the gated pool since traveling with young kids. We would stay again but come more prepared for certain things they didn't provide.

Lots of space! We had more than enough space for our family get together. Kids loved the pool! The area and location was perfect too.

Pros
+ Spacious kitchen, dining and living area. Doubled kitchen appliances helped a lot.
+ Ping pong table and Shuffleboard were very useful.
+ Golf carts were very useful and fun to drive.
+ Plenty of rooms
+ Honored extra checkout time request.
Cons
- Swimming pool water didn't appear clean enough and so we stayed away.
- Mattresses are very uncomfortable. They appear cheap. Bed makes noise even upon slight movement.
- The smart locks don't work well. Takes multiple attempts to lock (need to keep the knob pulled while unlocking or locking)
- Couldn't open patio door upstairs. Windows appeared stuck
- The floor stain sticks to foot/footwear.
- Wi-Fi password provided for the home did not work. On the 2nd day we were told to use the network and password from the router on the 2nd floor.
- Shuffleboard is very low quality and surface is not smooth enough.
- Couple of chairs in the dinning were wobbly.
- Too much work to clean the sand. A robot vacuum would be very useful.

This is a wonderfully spacious property with a very nice location near the beach and within walking distance to the main drag. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities are nice.
It was unfortunate that the washing machine in our unit was unusable due to a broken power button and nobody could do laundry.
Also all of the mattresses squeak with any movement and everyone complained that it was enough to affect quality of overnight sleep.
Other items needing attention:
Kitchen faucet nearest the refrigerator only sprays and does not give you a steady stream because the button is broken.
Kitchen Faucet nearest to refrigerator has mold all around the base of the butcher block countertop
Neither of the two icemakers work so there is no ice available in this unit.
Remotes needed battery replacements.
Kitchen needs a good wipe down with a degreaser. Drawers are dirty.
Some shower curtains and liners need to be replaced as the bottoms are heavily mildewed.
We did call the office to request maintenance of the washing machine, leaking kitchen pipe onto the floor and for icemaker repair. The office was courteous and sent someone over immediately but unfortunately he was only able to fix the leaking faucet pipe. A new washing machine had been ordered as well as icemakers.

What a great stay! We love your condos! The kids are able to do something they do not ever get to do! They enjoy the ping pong, shuffle board, the pool and the beach just down the road. Thank you so much for making it a great weekend for our kids! I can't tell you how much we appreciate it!

My family and extended family enjoyed the weekend at this property. The Backyard area was extremely clean and the pool was nice. We had issues with the TVs upstairs and management quickly resolved it.
The kitchen, living room and dining room was spacious and open. We never felt on top of each other cooking or eating. Plenty of room!
The bedrooms listed was not completely accurate on the listing.
There are 3 king rooms downstairs all with private bathrooms. One king is an en suite outside.
Upstairs, there is a king room as soon as you walk upstairs. There is a living room area with a TV and game tables. There is a hallway that has two king rooms with separate private bathrooms.
There is a second long hallway that has a king room that has a bathroom but it also shares the bathroom in the hall. Behind that room is a king room with a bunk bed. On the other side is two king rooms with bunk beds and they share a bathroom.
The place was very clean, the location is superb, and overall this is a wonderful place for a large group of people. We will be back!
