This 3br 2bth sleeps 8! Fully equipped and just 30 seconds from walking over the dunes and on to the beach. Close to restaurants, surf shops etc. Please read our many excllent reviews! Heated oversized spa in backyard allows pool like/spa relaxation after the beach. Roof top deck over looking the Atlantic ocean. Look for off season specials.

Stay was perfect. Todd was easy to work with and just a nice guy. Plenty of extra chairs and beach gear. He even provided bikes.

We really loved the place!! The bugs outside were brutal though. I have so many bites, I just wasn’t expecting that. The mosquitoes and yellow flies were unbearable. Its location is perfect. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. It is usually a great end of the day stress reliever for my husband and me. Jennie and Frank 😊

This was the perfect house for my family! So convenient to the beach and other amenities…we didn’t drive all weekend! The icing on the cake was the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, Todd. The A/C went out during Memorial Day weekend and the Todd responded immediately. The A/C was fixed before we got home from the beach! I will absolutely stay here again and try any other property hosted by Todd

Todd's place is funky little house with great beach access and wonderful extras, like a roof-top deck, a deluxe spa, fire pit, and all of the beach gear you might need, including well-maintained bicycles, a wagon for beach gear, plenty of chairs, and a beach umbrella. The kitchen is basic but completely serviceable (no dishwasher in this vintage galley kitchen). The beds were really comfortable. We were also able to bring our little dog for an extra fee ($100), which we really appreciated. Great character and charm in general, and excellent communication with our conscientious host! We really loved our stay with our two adult sons, who also enjoyed the space. We would return in a heartbeat!

The online description and photos are very accurate in depicting the cottage and its location. Short walk to beach and within walking distance of some Tybee businesses. Several comfortable/enjoyable outside areas...side porch, upper deck and back courtyard with hot tub. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Easy check in and check out. Todd was very cooperative in supplying info before our visit. He was also very helpful and cooperative after our visit in helping recover an item left behind which was much appreciated.

This was our first VRBO experience and Todd made us feel right at home pointing out the best eating places on Tybee island. The house was clean and comfortable. On the roof deck we watch ships come in from the Atlantic Ocean up the Savannah river. Checks out Shirley’s Breakfast at the nearby Dawg house bar. Our little dog lover she walks to the historic fort Screven area.

Wonderful place. We had limited rental options as we needed a place with a hot tub and that is pet friendly. This rental ( a three bedroom two bath house, with private yard and beach access) was the same price as the one bed hotels with no privacy outside of your room. This little house was clean and tidy. It is a two minute walk to the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect.

The cottage was everything we hoped for. Clean, good linens, cozy and comfotable. Great beach chairs and hot tub was perfect. No instructions in cottage pertaining to trash or anything else. Not our first rodeo so we were fine. Felt uneasy that door was unlocked when we got there. Found key outside on deck. Beautiful cottage we would both stay again. Thank you.

My family wanted to get together to celebrate a special occasion and it was up to me to find a place to stay. To say it was a success would be an understatement. The house is beautiful but we spend most of our time in the spacious hot tub and telling stories around the fire pit (the wood was purchased from a campground nearby). It a very short walk to the beach and bars, shopping etc. and our host was very communicative if there was anything we needed. It was an incredible stay and we will certainly stay there again for any future visits.

We only had a few days for this getaway and this property was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. A quick trip for some snacks and b’fast food and we were all set. Loved the hot tub! And the quaint and unique beach cottage was steps from the beach! Lovely property and location!!! Just wish we had more time so we could have stayed longer! :)

The property is 2 houses away from a path to the beach and very close to shopping, etc. House is cute, small but good flow for 3/2. Very nice roof deck for great views. With exception to bedding and furnishings, house needs refreshing and deep cleaning. Owner was very responsive as needed.

Our first visit to Tybee and we absolutely loved it!! This house is small for our family of 6 but the house has EVERYTHING provided. All kitchen essentials, towels, beach equipment, etc. Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance including the beach. Todd and Christy communicated so well with us, even during hurricane Idalia. They came by the day before to prep the house and checked in on us and the house multiple times. Overall we loved our stay and would love to stay here again!!

Really close to the beach! Our family of 5 adults were snug but fine. Wish the doors had curtains, not blinds. Missed the dishwasher a little but we used a lot of paper plates and such. Got locked out (our fault) but Todd was quick to help! Excellent service!

Great location and spa. Quick walk to the beach , restaurants, ice cream. VRBO never relayed the check in / access information . Took some time to sort it out. Pillows and mattress could use an upgrade

Enjoyed our stay at the cute 1940’s cottage near the beach. The cottage had a well appointed family room set up for relaxing, with comfortable couches. A very large hot tub in the yard. A nice widows walk or deck on the roof you can see the ocean from and the bonus of 3 bikes for exploring the island. The beds are old and very soft, not great for the back. Owner is aware of this and does plan to replace them. Also the house could use a deep clean and spring clean up in the yard. The WiFi was not fully dependable going out a few times. Overall great location, all standard things provided, near the beach and biking distance to anywhere on Tybee.

This cozy little beach home was the perfect place for us to relax and escape our very snowy winter. It provided all we needed. From our morning coffee on the rooftop deck where we could plan out our day to the short walk to relax at the beach. Ample sleeping space and bathrooms. An amazing hot tub for unwinding at the end of the day. And a handy outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sun and sand. Located within walking distance to all your needs. Being only about 20 minutes out of Savannah made for easy trips to explore the town. And Todd was very responsive when we had an issue with the 2nd TV-coming out to resolve the issue. We loved our stay and would highly recommend choosing this sweet little beach home by the sea.

Adorable cottage very close to the beach with easy access. Very well maintained. Hot tub was wonderful, especially with some of the chilly weather. Great communication with the owner. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Great restaurant within walking distance.

This cottage was exactly as advertised, plus more with the awesome brand new, large hot tub!! We felt right at home, 3 of us worked from this location using WiFi at the same time, with no issues! Todd was awesome and very responsive to all communication. You are literally steps from the beach! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, just do it, you won’t be disappointed!! 👍🏼

Todd’s cottage is just as described, lots of charm, well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach toys, bikes and linens. The location was great, just a few steps to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. Communication was very easy, we appreciated Todd’s help in finding us a weekend for our quick family getaway.

Kudos to the owner who had to quickly adjust because a harsh cold snap effected the plumbing and impacted our first check in date. The property owner immediately contacted me and put us up in an exclusive hotel in downtown Savannah. We got to the cottage the next day and all plumbing had been repaired. Despite the holiday time period. The cottage was exactly as advertised and quite quaint with tropical decor. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and had plenty of towels to use for it and the beach. The beach is accessible by a short walk and there is a convenience store across the street. I would recommend that a lock box,key hide, or combo lock in door be used for a more secure check in. Also update welcome mats with a sturdy foot/shoe scrub to avoid tracking in any outside elements. We slept 4 comfortably 2 in full size bed and two kids in twin beds br. There was room for 4 more (two in another full bed) and two on pull out couch. It would have been cramped in the kitchen. Besides the front bedroom is not ideal for a small child, so we opted to not use it. In a snap, this cottage gave us all the charm that Tybee has to offer. Thank you, Todd for making us feel welcome.

Property was ideal for the occasion. Plenty of room for family of 5 and dog. No golf cart needed. Less than 75 steps to beach access snd walking distance to pizza, beer, ice cream, seafood do on so forth. Host was a pleasure and as responsive as possible.
