Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen

La habitación grande y limpia. Buenas instalaciones aunque el mantenimiento deja un poco que desear. Desayuno bueno.

Te venden habitaciones sin mosquitos y donde está es bastante difícil. La piscina tenía tanto cloro que molestaba en los ojos. No pude quedarme del escozor que me provocó.

Hôtel situé au cœur du village. Bon petit déjeuner, piscine agréable après les balades dans la jungle. Très bonne agence de voyage au sein de l’hôtel pour des excursions

Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

De kamer was erg schoon en fijn dat er een zwembad is waar je even kan afkoelen.

De airco had erg veel moeite om de kamer een beetje koel te krijgen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Pool ist ein riesiger plus Punkt, da man sich hier nach den anstrengenden Touren sehr gut erfrischen kann. Das Frühstückbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, was vollkommen ausreicht wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Lo necesario

Está muy cerca del acceso al parque, es grande y el entorno es bonito. La piscina es un plus y el desayuno es bastante completo. Es un hotel básico y tiene lo básico para descansar después de las pateadas en la jungla.

Por poner algo, estuvimos 2 noches y no nos hicieron las camas, aunque sí cambiaron las toallas.

Emplacement de grande qualité, la Clim et la piscine font un bien fou!

L’emplacement est parfait, je côté d’un organisateur de trek de qualité en plus. C’est l’une des meilleures offres d’hébergement du secteur. Piscine qui fait beaucoup de bien après une journée de trek dans la jungle (surpris par les commentaires qui disent que l’eau est trop chaude… 🤦🏻‍♂️)

La rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon mais nous émettons un bémol la dessus. Comparé à ce qu’il se fait sur le secteur c’est clairement l’une des meilleures offres. La chambre est plutôt austère mais nous sommes dans la jungle donc ce serait dommage que ce soit autrement 😉

The resort itself is absolutely delightful! Nestled amidst stunning natural surroundings, it exudes tranquility and beauty. The lush greenery and scenic vistas around the resort add to its charm. I felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed during my stay, as the accommodations were cozy and inviting. The swimming pool, a sparkling oasis in the midst of it all, provided the perfect respite from the day's activities. Moreover, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. And let's not forget the morning buffet – a culinary delight that offered a tantalizing array of dishes to start the day off right. Overall, my experience at the resort was nothing short of magical, leaving me rejuvenated and eager to return

Prima verblijf met simpel ingerichte maar schone kamer

Goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. De kamer was simpel ingericht maar goed schoon. Fijn dat je op het kleine terrasje van het huisje kunt zitten. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt.

De handdoek bevatte donkere vlekken. We zaten dichtbij de gezamenlijke ruimte en hoorden mensen (vals) zingen. Gelukkig was dat ‘s avonds niet.

Disappointing

Accommodation was OK for the price. Good location if things were open

No excursions were on and staff seemed absolutely clueless about this with no suggestions of anything to do. There was a power cut for the whole day so couldn't have a tea/coffee, use WiFi or have lights on. Breakfast was pre prapred and sat there with no coverings and so had lost of flies. There was no where open to get food other than a small shop that sold only crisps and chocolate. We ended up leaving because it was soul destroying.

El desayuno estuvo genial, la atencion de Shaquira fue perfecta, Las intalaciones son muy bonitas

Que la habitaciones H, estan muy lejos del hotel, no llega el wifi y no hay luz hacia alla y el agua caliente de la habitacion no funcionaba, el coclhon ha sido el mas duro que he encontrado en mi vida, pagas lo que pagas por tener piscina

Climatisation qui ne marche pas .Salle de bain très vétuste et primaire .Petit déjeuner pour un Français inexistant : juste un café servi dans une carafe…Personnel pas du tout à l écoute . Pas très propre ..

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Just like the photos and close to everything but detached enough for it to be quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was ok with many options, though not so many for vegetarians.

Excellent location, great stafff. Highly recommended.

Location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the riverside. Staff were very helpful and friendly and often went out of their way to assist. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety.

Only issue was they hadn't cleaned under the beds for what looked like a long while. Very very dusty under there. The rest of the room was cleaned well, but a thorough clean hadn't been done in a while.

Good location cozy chalets

Lovely looking chalets, quiet and cozy yet within walking distance to the jetty to Taman Negara, restaurants, cafes, minimarts and local agencies/guides. We booked two rooms and they were spacious and had all the necessities we wanted like air conditioning, fan, mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer, instant coffee and bottled water. The bathroom with shower was also spacious and clean. We also received new towels and bottled water every day. The free breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient for us with noodles, potatoes, baked beans, sausages, bread, freshly fried eggs and omelettes, cereals and fruits. The staff were friendly especially Jack who was enormously helpful with our booking. We had initially booked for three nights but decided later to shorten it to two nights. He arranged to refund us for the cancelled third night. All in all we were pleased with our stay here.

Better blankets for the single beds. Those that were on the single beds did not feel smooth on the skin.

Overpriced, run down hotel

staff were lovely and it is in a good location. Air conditioning was good. There was hot water.

The property is completely neglected and in disrepair. The whole place needs painted and where we stayed out the back was a mess. with piles of broken tiles, etc. The chalets to the side seemed a bit better. As a previous review said it is not a resort. It was the same price as other hotels around Malaysia that had tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, hairdryers, irons, phones, wifi in the bedrooms and a safe. It had none of these. We had to go to the lobby to get wifi. There wasn’t a bedside table or bedside light. However it was the condition of the bathroom that was the worst. In my opinion you would be much better off to stay at one of the guest houses in town that are highly recommended.They might be basic but at least they are priced accordingly.

Nice room, good location. Staff mostly lovely.

Oddly, the curtains were too small for the window. I had to use a towel to fill in the middle section. Pointless meat in all the breakfast rice/noodles - hardly anything I could eat (veggie). Wouldn't be difficult to have the meat separate from the food. Taman Negara itself - the most underwhelming place I visited in Malaysia!

Perfect

The food there is fantastic and very affordable. Facilities are also great. There’s a pool for u if you wanna swim. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They recommended me a “secret waterfall”and I had lots of fun there.The room is tidy and clean. Do recommend this resort if u want to visit the national park.

Good for a short stay if you’re planning to go to Taman Negara

Clean and close to the jetty to get to Taman Negara.

They had a buffet dinner which was more like a set menu. Only 2 savory options and a salad and only one savory option for vegetarians.
