Okay but overpriced for the facility. Bed was quite noisy and bathroom needs updated. Walls were thick but doors were not very noisy cancelling.

If you can get past the stale urine smell everything else was fine.

Pillows had yellow stains and was dirty. Dead bugs on ceiling and in bathroom. Shower did not drain when using it. Someone was in the office and has it locked when I came in to get ice he wouldn’t open the door for me. And when I told him I was a guest and proved it he then gave me one cup of ice. Fridge didn’t work and had a terrible smell. Lots of drug addicts in the place. Stay away it’s other cheap locations in the area.

While the employees were very kind, the property itself is not up to date and looks like it essentially has "the landlord special" in terms of maintaining the property. The elevator was extremely busted and eventually we were unable to use it and had to take the stairs instead to the third floor. The air conditioner unfortunately did not blow as cold as the temperature was set so the room was warm and humid upon entering. While the staff was excellent, I don't foresee myself staying here again.

The room I was given was gross. There were stains on the wall. The tub was flaking. It did not look like the pictures. It also smelled of smoke (despite being a non smoking room). I didn't bother asking for another room. I simply checked out and went to another hotel. I've done my fair share of camping and "roughing it", but I drew the line here.

At first it seemed ok. Then i seen brown spots on the curtains and basically everywhere. We found bed bugs crawling in the bathrooms floor. When we told the lady her exact words were "were sorrt its been a crazy week" the refunded us and we left. Bugs dont get that bad in a week. It was horrible.

It was nothing like the pictures showed. Big holes in the wall, dirty floor, no rags or towels.

The bed was about as soft as a futon with pillows skinnier than my forearm. The toilet struggled to flush with just urine. The hair dryer had been ripped off of the wall and left laying on the sink, next to the drain stopper that had been pulled out- the crack in the handle of the hair dryer made me scared to use it. They have a pool but it’s been drained & out of order for a long time. Expedia agreement said they would collect payment at the property,VeeJay said I had to pay at 9am before we even started traveling the day of arrival (check in is at 3pm) or he would cancel my booking. Would not stay again, but I advise that with this place- you get what you pay for.

To begin, the accommodations we secured were obtained on short notice and the cost was exceptionally favorable for a three-night stay. However, the state of the premises and the issues encountered significantly detracted from the value proposition. The elevator was operable but displayed no evidence of recent inspection or safety certification. Upon entering the room, we observed that the emergency exit plan was crudely affixed with duct tape, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom was prone to flooding. These inconveniences would have been considerably more disruptive had we not been absent from the room for the majority of our stay due to attending a music festival. Furthermore, upon our return to the room, we discovered that all of our towels had been removed and not replaced. When I approached the front desk to request fresh towels, the attendant instructed me to bring the used towels to the desk in exchange for new ones. This request was inconvenient and unnecessary, as I simply wished to shower after a long day. Additionally, when the attendant informed me that the toilet had finally been repaired (as this was our final night), he asked me to step aside and read a Post-it note instructing me not to discuss the issues we had experienced in front of other guests. This request struck me as somewhat suspicious.

It was the closest hotel to the venue and it was ok for a one night stay

It was ok overall, only concern was the tub was dirty the towels was cheap and brown instead of white more like prison towels it hurts your body when you dry off

Well the price was good but that is all. Pool was not filled up, ice machine was broken, the hallway was very hot and musty, and when we got back which was late our key did not work, no vending machine. Just not what we expected. Very displeased

The manager was especially helpful and welcoming.

There was an odor in the room( mold/ greasy residue on the carpet/ 3 tiny pillows/ bed uncomfortable/room smell like old sex/ stains on linen! Wife was very upset with the lack of cleanliness. Never would recommend Copley Inn & Suites never again!

Clean, but super outdated, old fixtures that are hard to actually get clean. The tub was icky and the shower fixture needs repairs. There was a coffee make and coffee, butt no pit, lol. Bed was uncomfortable ... But for $75, it wS still acceptable.

The property was dirty, dated and need a lot of tender loving care It was quite, priced right and fit our need of a place to crash after traveling all day.

The floor in our room was not level, it had a decided slope toward the outer wall. Dirty fingerprints around the light fixture in the bathroom. The phone had not been cleaned in possibly years. The plug in the bathroom did not work. Water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, the the water temp was good. The staff was confrontational and wanted picture ID for both people in the room which I have never had to provide at any other hotel and kept insisting it was for my safety, which is garbage unless they are running a background check on everyone, which was not stated in their contract. It was the cheapest price in the area and it showed.

This property is a little dated but the price was great. The room was clean. The only downside was the thick mats that they have in and in front of the elevator; they made using the luggage cart more difficult, but it was surmountable. We had a great time shopping in the area. There are a lot of great stores within a mile. The Mustard Seed Market is a must stop if you are into buying organic. I wish I had one where I lived.
