This place is dope. Jaccuzzi suites are dope. I had 2 chicks in the jaccuzzi and we fit just fine.

Place was clean. Got the jacuzzi suite which i thought was a risk. However, the tub was so clean you could have eaten a hot biscuit off info it. Everything worked. Place is safe they have enough high def security cameras in the office to monitor anything happening in the parking lot. Staff was friendly.

We had a good stay. There are no hairdryers in the rooms and the pillows were not comfortable, but other than that, no complaints here.

Upon arrival the lobby door was locked at 5:30pm. I waited 15 minutes outside in the cold before someone finally arrived. The person who arrived didn’t look liked he even worked at the hotel, which was alarming. After checking in, l was charged an additional $60. So l asked what the charge was for, l was told it’s a fee they charge for damages & will be refunded after l check out ok Alarming. Once l arrived to my room after a 4 hour drive, my tv didn’t work. I called down to the front desk & the same gentleman hung up in my face. I called back again & he said he will fix it. I waited 30 minutes before he arrived to my room. His excuse was they are extremely busy tonight, huh. I proceeded to the bathroom & notice the shower with dirty. I called hotels.com to report all of my issues & they were no help as well. No refund was issued after just checking in. The hotel is not in a safe area. The pictures are very deceiving online. Loud music, doors slamming, loitering outside all night. I noticed prostitution going on in several rooms. Don’t waste your time booking here. Far from family friendly experience.

Worst hotel stay ever. Checked in late to find office employees smoking pot and confused about check in process. Room was not clean, no chair, non-smoking room had ashtray, bathroom was scary.

Hot tub was cool but lacked basic amenities such as hair dryer and towels. Bed was extremely hard and not designed for sleep if you know what I mean. I booked another hotel the same night is all I can say.

Tub was dirty , lights stopped working & the staff checked us out before 11 because he seen we left to go shop .. imperial suites is more like a hood hotel and you not paying for nothing but LED lights that’s in the room .

Great place, amazing staff. We were sad the fireplace didn’t work but everything else was fine. It was close to everything, very convenient. The room actually smelled really fresh. Good little set up :)

Upon arrival trash was everywhere like there wasn’t any housekeepers. Inside the room I had used rags, dirty mirrors (above bed) and sweep trash alone the bedside. Smell of smoke throughout the room smell and loud music coming from other rooms. Very unprofessional behavior.

We love the interior design. How ever upon checkin there was a towel laying in the shower, which was removed before we returned. My wife unfolded one towel after showering and saw to strands of hair. The mirrors above the bed was streaked from not being wiped properly. Nevertheless those are minor things. My wife and I did not enjoy just waking up receiving a phone call telling us the police are on the way because we are not supposed to be in the room. No questions were asked.My wife immediately stopped the lady and told her that she was handling this situation incorrectly and she chose to continue her spill about the police coming. So after canceling taking my shower we go downstairs to hear that it was a miscommunication on their end. We left 2 1/2 hours before our check out with no type of "lets make this right".

There was a roach in the room staff wasn’t helpful remote to the tv wouldn’t work couldn’t get anyone at the front desk the inside of the room is nice but it’s in a hood area not as advertised online strong smell of weed outside

Second time staying here and I was just as underwhelmed as the first time. I forgot the bed’s squeak alot, the rooms dont come with a microwaves and the shower doesn’t have a door but this time my toilet didnt even flush. I called for maintenance and im not sure if anybody came but it flushed once every 12 hours and luckily i didnt have to go #2. The lights looked cool though if thats what you’re going for its definitely a moody place but dont expect to get busy without having the tv louder than the bed.

The room was nice but the staff was horrible and the bed spread we had was someone’s else pubic hair and the guy on night wouldn’t give us no other bedding sheets nor put us in a different room so we left

i usually like staying here but the past few times it has been dirty. the room we stayed in was horrible this time. there was no toilet paper, the ground had crumbs, dirt, and leftover confetti on it. the volume on the tv wouldn’t work either.
