Great staff, comfortable rooms, good location near downtown...
Main negative is bad traffic congestion on weekdays due to close proximity to several schools...

Breakfast and lunch were the only meals available. There was no dinner service. This was not mentioned in the Expedia website.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Dated hotel and rooms, otherwise ok, the rooms are large
Careful when they offer the use of the service car. The ride to the port is 3- 5 minutes. They called us later to inform us that they forgot to charge us Php 400 for this very short ride. Since we stayed at their sister company in Siquijor, they cross charged it

Excellent accommodation and fantastic breakfast. Service was great and staff are always there to help.

Air con was barely adequate. The shower fixture needs to be replaced. Towel replacement needs to be improved. There is limited amenities. Need to include toothbrushes and toothpaste along with razors and shaving cream. There was no hand lotion. Most of all there was NO ELEVATOR. I'm handicapped and climbing the stairs was difficult. On the positive side the desk staff was excellent.

I just spent a night there, so I can't say much about a longer stay. For me it was perfect. Close to the port and city centre, breakfast very nice, staff extremely friendly. The room was clean and had everything for a nice staying. Check-out and check-in easy.

Wifi is terrible, almost non existent. Cuts on and off and IF you get the signal, very low speed.
Breakfast should be first come first served? Hwvr I experienced twice during my stay, I come I order (I'm European type), 10min a group of local Kababayans arrive, .....and they get to eat first! Very frustrating, pure Breakfast Racism. I do NOT recommand this hotel.
Also they charge for everything, even just a simple bottle of water, 40 pesos. Crap. Almost I was shy to use the paper toilet, was scared they would eventually charge me for it.
Also a HUGE cochroach snicked in at night, looming on the floor in the bathroom as I woke up in the morning, you can imagine my scare. Got to smash it with my shoe, looked dead. Went back a little later, it has resuscitated and was climbing the wall. Got to smash it again. YUCK.

This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. The rooms are always clean and everything in the rooms are well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and quickly know you by name.
The also have the best American style breakfast and its included with your stay.
The location is just far enough from the city center to provide you with a nice morning walk to get to everything.

Very helpful staff. Helped with ferry and transportation to the harbor.
It is the sister hotel to the coco grove resort and would recommend staying here before your transportation to the Siquijor island

We stay here for a couple nights each month when we travel to the city. We have tried over 20 locations in the city and this will always be our go-to location for staying a couple nights.

Det var helt konge, kjempebra mottagelse, smilende å vennlige personale all over, elsker dette hotell.

The daily rate is too high. It’s almost double from what the 2021 guidebook states. Hotel staff conveniently blamed the outragously steep hike on covid.

Location was good. The breakfast was good and consistent. The television was a problem that persisted. The WiFi was hit or miss. We brought a dvd player so we were saved.

Overall the hotel was decent. The front door to the hotel was broken when we arrived and still broken when we left. I even told them what was wrong with the door. The hardwood floor in the room was in need of cleaning. Every time I walked on the floor in my bare feet my feet would be dirty. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor in the room several times while staying here. The mattress was a little old and was in need of replacement. We had to ask for toilet paper 2 times because it wasn’t filled when they made up the room. There no hand towels. But I always remember this when I’m in the Philippines…
It’s the Philippines. Simple as that. The staff was very kind and friendly. The A/C worked great. The shower was very nice. Breakfast was always good.

Because we used Expedia points or queen size bed the room remained super hot with air conditioner facing bath room. Room so small. You would think that 2 people shoulder be put in a larger room. Napkins cut in half or quarter to save money mold all over shower walls. I don’t think the tile grout had any cleaner used. Poor excuse for a night sleep. I would give it a 2.5 or 3 for staff very pleasant

Poor and intermittent wi-fi.

One of the best hotels in Downtown. I always get the Exec or Premier. Walking to everything but far enough away to be quiet at night. Dumaguete doesn’t have many options, and this place exceeds expectations.

One of best hotels and properties in Dumaguete. Close to everything and in downtown. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only downside is no iron (the one available doesn’t work with wall plugs), no ironing board available, water pressure isn’t bad but isn’t great.

Nice place clean good food excellent staff. Wi-Fi not good very hard to use TV or internet very weak signal

Best breakfast I've had in a hotel in the Philippines. But wifi is very weak if your room is far from reception.
