Amazing place and location, cute area by the Colorado River. We were visiting friends so we didn’t get to be in the camper and relax as much as I would have liked but we slept very comfortably. Shower was even nice and hot!! The Hot and Ice coffee truck on Saturday was amazing highly recommend it. Plenty of things to and see, walking trail was cool and scenic.

The only real problem was the shower curtain, it kept falling off the track and i couldnt get the little pieces back on. I love this campground, this was my 2nd stay and will be back but in a tiny home, not an airstream.

I decided last minute to break a road trip up into two days instead of one and booked an Avion airstream for a night. It was clean and well maintained and really well stocked. The bed was comfortable and it was just such a fun unique experience beyond a boring hotel room. I didn’t utilize the community room or spaces but it looked like a place I would have enjoyed staying a couple of nights if I was going to venture out into Grand Junction more. The office staff were really friendly and the welcome emails and information they send are thorough and helpful.

We had an amazing time for the Trace Adkins concert down the walk way. The tiny home was so cute for my husbands bday surprise. Thank you!

Camp Eddy is really fun, especially if you’re looking for something different from a hotel. We stayed in an airstream, which was nicely decorated and had everything you might need. It was a great space for two of us. The managers were very responsive to questions.

Maybe I’m naive, but I’m impressed with this camp. The check in and communications was great. Friendly staff and our tiny house was a fun place. The community room had coffee in the morning so I didn’t have to brew my own. I’m excited to check out one of their other camp.

Great stay on the Colorado River. Really nice location to sit and watch the river flow during sunrise and sunset. The airstream was well equipped and comfortable enough. There’s a great lobby with various showers, bathrooms, pool table, coffee/tea, lounge chairs, fire pit… very nice overall

Loved our XL tiny home, very spacious with an outdoor deck. Quiet location. A great location next to the river with a walking path and kayakers floating by.

Great location, 5 min drive to downtown and restaurants. Super close to Colorado National Monument - easy to Palisade too. Great little set up

Short walk to venue for concert!

Great trip really nice place and close to everything but also secluded.

Camper was nice & right on the river. Only problems was getting the key code (everyone there was off sick) but I did get it - and the layout of the bathroom was off as the shower curtain would go only half way around in either direction.

Loved it! Right on the river super calming 😃 we had the small tiny house and it was perfect for one night, it has AC which is really good 👍

Had a great time there. We had an XL Tiny Home for the family (which was an experience in itself). Very cozy beds and nice views of the water running by the property.

This place is adorable. We wish we would have booked an airstream on the river but it’s such a good spot in an up and coming neighborhood. Can’t wait to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camp Eddy! The Tiny Home was STYLISH, CLEAN, and had everything we needed. The entire property and surrounding trail system were very enjoyable to walk around and the community area including The Hub was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and had great amenities! -Melissa L.

Great proximity to the ampitheater & river. Airstream definitely cute. No pot or tea kettle to boil water for the french press we brought. Got no sleep. Woken up at 2am by gunshots and police activity. Police cruiser lights literally lit up the airstream for well over an hour. Not sure I would stay here again. Staff was friendly.

Great spot by the river, clean quite rooms

Great place to stop at!

We wanted to love the nostalgia of staying in a vintage Airstream but would not stay here again. Perhaps we should have expected the old A/C not to keep up with the heatwave making the Airstream uncomfortably hot during daylight hours, but we did not expect an uninvited guest. Upon arriving back from dinner out, we were greeted by a mouse in the kitchen and living area. We were willing to write this off as part of the experience, but then we awoke to mouse droppings on our bed the next morning. We messaged the office about the incidents, but as it was outside of limited office hours, we packed our things and departed quickly. Disappointingly, we never received a response regarding our concern about the mice and droppings throughout the Airstream.

We stayed in the king airstream and it was a super fun experience! The AC did not reach all the way to the back bedroom but we thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of the kitchen and bathroom which were very functional! Reasonably priced, close to the action, right on the river.

Great place to stay with a large group! Great amenities, everything was stylish and so accommodating!

The tiny house was too tiny, especially for the price!

Just a great stay all around

Fun and beautiful place to stay! We loved the vintage feel of the airstream.

This was my second stay at Camp Eddy. I stayed in a Tiny Home. It was well appointed expect for the fact that it didn't have a bath mat for the shower. The AC only went down to 70 degrees and wouldn't stay on all night, so it got really warm at night. Other than these minor issues, it was a lovely place to stay.

We loved our stay at Camp Eddy! Our tiny home was clean, neat, and all we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Thanks!

Nice & clean

The facilities at Camp Eddy were awesome and staff was super friendly. Actual surrounding area was kind of in the middle of nowhere but seems to be growing.

Everything was great. Except the configuration of the toilet. Very tight space. Will pick a different trailer next time.

The tiny home on the river was adorable, very quiet, nice people, and affordable.

River was dangerously high. People were wondering onto the property from under the nearby foot bridge. Staff left immediately after we checked in. We decided to leave within forty minutes of checking in. Still fighting to get money returned, even hotels.com can’t get through to the management of the property. Seems real weird that their policies are so strict and you pay fully in advance…

What a great place for a weekend get away. The air stream was clean and inviting. Close to river and Grand Junction adventure to do water sports. The zipline was there also. The walkway takes you on the upper cliff or along the riverfront. I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff was very helpful and the person who cleaned my airstream did a great job!

The airstream is right by the river as advertised!! The whole place seems new and fresh. There is a paved bike path and a lovely footpath along the river. You can walk to a brewery with delicious food and drinks. There are two fenced dog parks.

Very cool spot

The grounds were well maintained with a great view next to the river.

the location is great- we were close to biking, golf, hiking, and great meals - we loved sleeping by the river - felt like camping without the hassle! The tiny house was cool - we got the XL which had a little more space, but the trade off was that the beds were in a loft with a low ceiling - had to stoop over and sometimes crawl on hands and knees to get out of bed - would opt for the regular tiny house in the future
