This Beautiful Duplex consists of 2 separate homes. (1) 4 Bed 3 Bath Downstairs and (1) 6 Bed 4 Bath Upstairs both being advertised in this listing. Our property is located just steps away from the beach on 41st St and minutes from anything you might want to experience on your beach vacation. Our home has 2 fully equipped kitchens (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), outdoor fire-pit, and dining area, with private Washer and Dryer.

HOME LOCATION
Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the Sand, you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts. Not far from our home you can rent a bike and enjoy a stroll down the Newport Beach Boardwalk
You can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all in the area.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio/balcony Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-No pets allowed. Any Service animal must be disclosed and registered with property management.
- You are provided (3) Parking Spots. Large Trucks/SUVs are NOT permitted. Parking Stalls are (108w x 94h x 192 deep) & (111w x 86h x 228 deep)
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-Fire-pit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
