Boasting a unique location on the Atlantic coast facing l'île de Ré, and with 13km of sandy beaches at your fingertips, La Tranche-sur-Mer offers an exceptional beach holiday year-round. Our lovely studio is in an awesome beachfront location and is just 50m from the city centre. Sleeps 3 up to 5 people. Our condo features:
• 1st Bedroom: 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed
• Living space: 1 Sofa bed
• Kitchenette: A set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster + coffee machine
• 1 Bathroom: Towel

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• No parking in the residence.
• Access to all amenities depends on the current situation and government instructions
• Spa and shared Seasonal Outdoor pool (May through to September from 10 am to 7 pm)
• Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
• Beach Kids club (July & August)
• Shuttle (July and August that runs throughout the town and to the beach)
• Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €12/kit
• Beds can be made on arrival for €10
• Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €9/kit
• Arrange for early check-in from 11am for €75/apartment
• Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception. Enjoy Wi-Fi in your studio for €5/day, €15/week, or €25/2weeks in the apartment
• TV is available for €8/day, €40/1 week, or €50/2 weeks
• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)
• Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning will be provided for €40 to €60
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay
• The properties here are individually decorated
