This 2100 sq ft haven boasts a spacious main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complemented by a well-appointed guest house featuring a kitchenette and full bath.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful escape is located near Rybovich Super Yacht Marina, Rosemary Square in downtown West Palm Beach, the white sandy beaches of Palm Beach and Singer Island, The Breakers, City Place, Clematis on the waterway, and the Kravis Center in booming eclectic downtown Northwood.
Other Things to Note:
Refer a property to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms and conditions apply. Email realestate @ rovetravel com with the property address for confirmation on referral eligibility.
Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $300 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that this property requires a $1,000 credit hold for stays. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
