Renovated Ketchum Townhome has an outstanding location. Walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, wine bars, breweries and groceries. Enjoy the Ketchum lifestyle with ease from the heart of town. The free local bus stop is at the end of the driveway that will take you to the ski slopes or most anywhere in the Ketchum and Sun Valley areas.
We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking.

Pool: Outdoor summer pool usually opens mid late June and closes just after Labor Day. Pool house are 9am
– 10pm. NO GLASS NO MUSIC allowed. There are plastic glasses in the kitchen and pool towels in the
downstairs master bedroom.
There's hardwood flooring thru out, a new kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas barbeque grill, foldable dining table that the adjustable barstools fit at. The 2 bathrooms are updated, and there are two 2nd floor decks and a patio off the Master bedroom with Baldy views. We have nice quality furnishings and accessories, a 65" smart tv in the living room, quality artwork, a brand-new gas fireplace to keep you cozy in Winter and a seasonal heated outdoor pool for Summer.
Free local buses stop is at the end of the entry driveway on Sun Valley Road. just
across the street by the entrance to Zenergy Health Club. You can find the full schedule at

Parking: There is no reserved parking, please do not park in from of the front door, that is a fire lane.
Ski/Bike Storage: There is room for some ski storage in the entry area to the condo. Bikes can be stored on
the back patio area. You may also choose to store your skis at either River Run or Warm Springs base lodge.
*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***

Beds difficult to get used to. Soft and spongy. Had difficulty finding controller for TV and TV sound bar.
My wife got sick the 2nd day and we had to cut our vacation short. Friends stayed the duration. Perfect location for us.

Hollie and everyone was incredibly accommodating when the hot water wasn’t working and quickly responded to the issue and found another property for us! Definitely kept everyone from the toddler to the grandma happy!

The condo was perfect for my husband and our two married children w their spouses. We could easily walk into town to shop and eat. Loved the bike/walking paths to Sun Valley. The condo has everything you need. We got a quick response when we noticed we were one coffee mug short; mugs were dropped at our door within a few hours. The beds were very comfy, as was the living area. So happy to have found this place! Thanks!

It was a great stay. Responsive and helpful points of contact, and clear communication about accessing the unit. Within the condo complex, this particular unit seems to have one of the best views, in terms of unobstructed viewed of hilltops as well as a beautiful public park next to the Catholic Church. The unit was quiet and safe. Certainly not a new condo development, but all seemed well maintained and recently updated. Fabulous location – easily walkable to both downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley, and regular bus service to the slopes. Overall, the 3/2 condo was clean and well-maintained. The layout makes good use of available space, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestions for improvements were minor, including some arguable personal preferences, related to beds (we found them too soft) and pillows (we found them too hard). This was a very good VRBO experience overall. Recommend.

Easy walk into town, free bus stop right out the door if you don’t want to walk. Our only regret was pool was closed for winter, but snowshoeing made up for it (rentals right in town too)!

We loved it! There is a free bus to Sun Valley resort that picks up right next to the condo, which was very convenient for skiing. We walked to/from downtown for dinner every night we were there.

Really nice stay. Two items to be aware of are that one bedroom has an open upper wall to the kitchen so can be a bit noisy and both bathrooms on the small side. Otherwise, everything was great.

Ketchum is a darling town. Condo has been updated. Check-in process was easy. Location is great for walking all over, both to Ketchum and Sun Valley. Opportunities for improvement include locks on bedroom doors. Upstairs bathroom is through a bedroom, which is, strangely, not the master. Upstairs bedroom also doesn't have the best privacy with folding doors and open ceiling. But other than those little oddities it was wonderful. We would definitely visit again.

Right in Ketchum, this condo ia ideally located. 3 small but comfortable bedrooms and a great kitchen and sitting area. Access to private community pool as well. We were very at home and juat a 1 minute walk into town.

Great location, responsive and helpful property managers. It was perfect for my family of four. Had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. It's doable for 6 but that might be a little tight and you would need to stagger the hot water for showers. I would definitely recommend this to others and would stay again. Thumbs up.
