Beautiful boutique Hotel in the city center of Novi Sad

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.Excellent property. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.Their restaurant which is the part of this hotel is also gorgeous.

Convenient Place but cleanliness level needs improvement.

The location and the renovation was wonderful.

The towels were dirty, with hair, dirt and bloodstains. We asked for new towels, then twice we saw the diryy towels. The breakfast was cold and the toast were tough.

Great 'hardware' and potential, but consistency in service can be improved.

Perfect location, room modern and very spacious. Huge TV in the room. Room featured an individual airco unit which is a plus in Novi Sad as the city heating system gets very warm in winters and centralized airco's are typically switched off, making most rooms very warm.

The hotel lacks a bit of consistency in the service level provided. Almost no options at breakfast on the first day (old slices of bread, eggs not re-filled, other warm options empty as well), but service on the last day (a friday) was a lot better and with more options. The 2 days in between were sort of in the middle between the good-and-bad days. Quality should always be like that last day. Airco in the room (which I stated as a plus) did not work. Probably out of coulant since it did switch on, but didn't cool the place. Reported to front desk in the morning and was told someone would fix it. When I arrived back in the room in the evening someone indeed touched it since it was off. However, the problem was not fixed. Coffee maker in the room - nice. However, there were two pods on arrival, but no refills at all during my 4 day stay. All in all, these downsides seem to be easily 'fixable'.

Novi Sad, da scoprire specie a Natale.

Hotel in pieno centro, in un palazzo storico, con camere molto accoglienti e calde. Alla reception ho trovato una ragazza molto gentile. Colazione varia e diversa dal solito.

Sauna a pagamento anche per gli ospiti. Primo impatto da fuori lascia qualche dubbio ma quando entri c’è la sensazione di accoglienza, pulizia e calore.

Charming boutique hotel centrally located!

Clean, conveniently located, beautiful view from the small balcony of the dining room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The bad small coming from the bathroom, I suppose problem with the sewage... They could do even better with interior design, pay more attention to details in order to get more elegant and sophisticated touch.

Nice Hotel in a Great Location

Despite a few minor issues they were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. The stay was comfortable and the location was great.

The hotel is relatively new and still finding it's feet and this led to some issues with background music not really been in background and my sleep was disturbed more than once. However, this was addressed by the helpful staff and I'm sure it's no longer an issue.

Elegant place to stay right in the heart of Novi Sad.

Amazing place to stay right in the heart of Novi Sad. We were upgraded to a room with a spectacular view out over the historic center. The breakfast area looks like some belle epoch dining hall, complete with a tiny terrace that overlooks the central square. A great place!

Superb

I loved how helpful the staff in reception were. They helped us to book taxis and recomended places to eat. I would also like to give a special mention to the chef at breakfast who made home made yogurts and jam which were honestly the best yogurt I have ever had in my life! I hope the hotel manager can give him this positive feedback! The bed was comfortable and also the cleaner did a fantastic job of cleaning our room. Thank you to the fabulous cleaner xxxxx

If i was being really picky the only tiny thing would be our room the drain in the shower smelt a bit bad... I assume this is just plumming in an old building though, i notice that someone else also mentioned it in their review.

Great stay in the heart of Novi Sad.

Absolutely great location, in the heart of the city (pedestrian area). Staff is friendly and helpful, the room has been recently refurbished, is clean and looks great. Entrance to the hotel not so easy to find, but manageable. The breakfast was OK for a small hotel like the Queens.
