Peter and Belinda were incredible hosts. So lovely and they’re cooking delicious! On arrival we got to choose our room and meet the animals. Lovely quiet room with garden aspect.
Just a little bit smaller place than we expected

What a beautiful place this is! Our room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending a lot of time on the covered deck relaxing in the evening and found the vibe of the whole property very comforting. The hosts were very accommodating to our requests and Belinda’s cooking is delicious. We enjoyed where this property was situated in a rural village close to Cambridge town and that this property had the various animals and pets which we also enjoyed. - we highly recommend this property and have already booked in our next stay.

Having stayed in many places in Cambridge over the years, this would be the most relaxing. i.e., away from the hustle of the town but close enough to not matter. Nice warm and clean room and lovely outdoor environment. Hosts, Peter and Belinda were great. Enjoyed having the pets around too. Highly recommend staying here.

Great atmosphere and lots of cute animals to pat.

Oscar was the highlight and the great Hamburger Soup! Great hosts which were very welcoming. Unfortunately missed brekkie as we had to leave so early as would have liked to farewell Peter and Belinda.
Shower at night was only lukewarm water - but was full house. Was hot in the morning which was great. Also parking was limited as we had a trailer on - couldn't turn around on the section - luckily there was space at the end of the road.

A bit too far from town for my needs.

The evening meal and breakfast
The evening meal was especially memorable we dined with the family and enjoyed their warm Kiwi hospitality chatting not just like guests more like friends
Could be better signposted but we are English and easily get lost not a problem in the end
7.0
Great location peaceful
Needed bedside tables on both sides
Shelving above the fridge for extra storage space
Full length mirror
Room was very warm but the fan didn’t cope with the heat
However the owners were very nice and sure will realise the small difference sues that would help for a better stay
9.0
the hosts, their hospitality, and cleanliness
room was very cramped, and had a lot of ornaments, which took up surface space and restricted movement.

it felt like coming home was the absolute best

Quiet place to stay, I struggled to find the place, but I phoned and got directions

A stunning location, the most comfortable bed and wonderful company (both human and animal!) . We are totally in love with the blind cat Jerry, and just felt it was a home away from home. Really couldn’t have enjoyed it more, except to stay longer!

Location.
little bit high fare.

Peter and Belinda are great hosts and lovely people to chat with. Having dinner with them (extra cost) made our stay really great. Lots of talk, great food and wine - all made for a great overnight stay.
The venue needs a sign - there are several properties on the site and a sign would have prevented us from having to ask at other properties. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioner in the room. which was quite hot when we arrived.
