Don't confuse it with the Residence Inn. It is more life a Super 8.

The bed was new and comfortable. It was a mattress on a metal plate which creaked each time I got in. The shower was quite an improvement over the standard tub with a shower head. It was a large, step-in, tiled shower. But they took water-restricting conservation to an extreme. The motel is close to two large grocery stores.

The word "suites" is a misnomer. There are no suites. It is a basic motel room along the standard of a Super 8. There is a 2-burner stove which might get it to qualify as a kitchenette, but the motel provides no pots, pans, dishes, cups, or flatware so you must bring your own which is difficult if flying. The seating area is one very small couch and a desk chair. The couch was built for someone less than four feet tall and was quite uncomfortable.

My stay was comfortable and completely affordable.

The promoters was really close to food. the property is fairly new and very clean. The front desk staff was always responsive to needs and answered questions.

I think it is a very good place if you look for minimal price/value.

There is no breakfast, so I buy some food and put it into fridge. Parking lot is sufficient for all cars. The room was clean. It has microvalve oven fridge, stove, TV. I did not have a chance to use them, as I only sleep there. There are some cafes around this place.

There is nothing bad I can say about this place.

The morning staff older lady she is very rude and ugly bad customer service if I would hv known I would hv took my hard earn money sm were else she has a very ugly attitude 😑 when I first arrived but the young lady staff she's very great friendly and mk sure u feel like u at home also the housekeeping lady she is outstanding when it comes to cleaning room and very sanitized

I dont like the location when you exit its not in a good spot. You can hear what’s going on in the next room. The walls are thin.

Nice place to stay for a good price.

We were able to check in late. We were able to get an extra towel and more hangers. The people at the front were always very nice and helpful. The cleaning people came regularly and cleaned and restocked. The rates were good.

Only a few hangers that didn’t all fit the pipe they were on. The shower curtain wasn’t weighted and had no way to stick so it blew in sometimes. The room we were in was in an alcove so didn’t get much sunlight. The curtains don’t have a light filtering layer, so it was either one or closed.

had kitchen area. during our stay (end of January 2023) there were no pans or eating eating equipment in our unit so we bought pans and paper products so we could cook in unit.

no cooking eating utensils in unit at time of our visit. also no shelves in kitchen cabinets

The cleanest hotel, i have stayed at in a long time. I love the floor wasn't carpet. I loved the walk in shower.

Was that our room key was deactivated before our time to CK out. We went for breakfast. And , when we got back. We couldn't get into our room.

The room is nice. The bed was somewhat comfy.

The trash was not emptied when we checked in. There are only overhead lights. A bedside lamp would be nice for ambient lighting.
