Location is EVERYTHING! Perched above a pond with a fountain, far back from the road - this condo enjoys amazing privacy and an outstanding location within the club. The welcoming front patio leads you to A large 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is updated tile flooring throughout, enhanced lighting, and window treatments. A large patio runs the length of the unit with beautiful lake views. The master suite has a slider to this patio, a big shower, dual vanity, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the unit with a bath in between.
Desert Princess is a full-service club that offers every country club amenity from the sports courts, golf, and fitness to social activities and clubs. There is a full-service restaurant and bar on the property and members can easily access the full-service hotel connected to the community. Enjoy the full Desert lifestyle at Desert Princess today!
- Maximum occupancy: 6 Adults
- Parking: 3 Vehicles or less. No parking in front of the mailbox or on the grass
- City’s transient occupancy tax: 12% plus 1% for regional programs
- Rental occupants (over 18 years old) are required to read and acknowledge the City's Good Neighbor brochure which requires guests to respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
- NO outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Refundable Security Deposit: $500
- Pets (Up to 2 dogs): $95
VRBO guests will directly pay VRBO a booking fee (collected at reservation time). To complete the reservation, the Guest will need to pay PRIDE Properties the complete reservation through a credit card or online payment applications such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
This is an extremely relaxing and quiet community, and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Prior to checking in, all adult guests will be required to read and agree to adhere to the “Good Neighbor” brochure. Parking, trash, and noise are the most common issues with short-term rentals. If any issue arises with neighbors or association staff, please DO NOT argue and simply ask for their name and contact information then immediately contact your concierge who checked you in by phone call and/or texts.
House Rules Include:
- Only named guests are permitted to stay at the property.
- No parties or events
- No illegal drugs anywhere on the property
- No smoking inside but allowed on patios or courtyard
- No use of the fireplace or lighting of candles
- Dogs are the only pet types allowed.
Any violations of house rules and/or the “Good Neighbor” brochure can result in City Citations (which will be deducted from your deposit) and could result in being evicted. With eviction, you will not get your deposit back.
A $35 charge will be billed if cigarette butts or pet poop are found.
All items at the property are inventoried and compared after checkout before the deposit is released.

The location is lovely. We enjoyed meals on the patio while we watched the golfers and the ducks at the water hole. The condo is comfortable and clean. Restful for us. Great location!

Location was excellent the place was a little old the fixtures a bit dated it was a pleasant experience but not overwhelming I still have not had my damage deposit returned
