About this house rental
Classic Italian holiday home with panoramic views.
What a view!
This fantastic holiday home is located on the top of a hill, the foot of which leads directly into the crystal blue sea. From here you have an almost 360-degree view over the hilly and beautifully overgrown countryside and the sea.
Enjoy your first cup of fresh coffee in the morning on one of the terraces, doze in the shade or sunbathe - there is the right spot for everything here.
The house is furnished in a mix of stately furniture and modern details and offers you plenty of space.
However, you will certainly not spend much time in the house - due to the view, but also because there really is a lot to experience and discover in this area.
Abruzzo is overflowing with picturesque medieval towns and villages. One place is more beautiful than the next.
Towns worth visiting with a very interesting history include L'Aquila, Sulmona, Teramo, Chieti, Castelli, Atessa, Atri, Avezzano, Bomba, Casalbordino, Cermignano, Fossacesia, Lanciano, Montedorisio, Ortona, Scanno, Sulmona, Vasto and Guardiagrele.
The Castello Ducale Cantelmo, a ruined 11th century castle on the slopes of Monte Morrone, towers over the small town of Popoli in the Majella National Park and the province of Pescara.
The castle was built for defence and guarding, primarily to protect the gorges around Popoli from intruders and foreigners and to guard the abbey church of San Clemente a Casauria, which dates back to 871. It has a triangular ground plan.
Tidolfo, the bishop of Valva, had the complex built in the period 10001015, but it was remodelled at the end of the 15th century by the feudal lords of Cantelmo from 1269 to the end of the 17th century. Today, the castle complex can be visited.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.
