About this house rental
The coastal vibe is accentuated with a tree-lined driveway, taking you to your private holiday retreat surrounded by native trees and birdlife. If you are looking for a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the Mornington Peninsula, this home is a perfect fit. Sheltered behind a sand dune from the southerly breeze, it is sunny and comfortable even in winter.
After a day leisurely fossicking on the beaches only a stone's throw away, relax in the luxury indoor/outdoor spa pool whilst gazing at the stars with glass of wine in hand.
The space:
The large main living spaces open up to the north-facing entertaining area, the well-appointed kitchen is complete with breakfast bar and a large dining area.
A separate mezzanine living area hosts a large flat-screen TV, library, and adjoining private deck to soak up the afternoon sun.

The rumpus room is visible (through the large windows) from the main living and kitchen area – so that you can see your children and still maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the main lounge area.
Take advantage of the under-cover heated spa all year round, complete with hot outdoor shower to wash off the day at the beach.
Boasting 3 separate living spaces, 2 private decking areas and an expansive deck wrapping around the home, a large outdoor entertaining area on the native private grounds completes the property.

Very well appointed Stayz. The kitchen was decked out with everything you could need, not tight on the diswasher tablets etc..
Mattress's even on the bunk bed were very good quality. Nice thick towels.
