Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an open concept living room and kitchen that overlooks Nissan Stadium. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV with 85 streaming channels to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

Amazing property! And so clean!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 ladies. Was stocked with all the essentials and check in/out was easy. Convenient location The Host communicated promptly and directions were spot on. There is some noise from the Bar below- won’t be a problem if you put the night owls in the back rooms- the master has its own door to the hallway. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when in Nashville!

Stayed at this property with a total of (4) couples for an extended weekend. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was excellent. It is located in the heart of Printers Alley, but we weren't bothered by any street noise at night. Would definitely recommend!

This property was not only stunning, but the location for our event (Girls Weekend) was excellent. I highly recommend this property. Dawson was amazing, he even helped carry our luggage, what host does that!!!!

Six of us, ages 50-78, planned a long weekend in Nashville. The moment we saw this listing, we knew we had found the perfect place. It did not disappoint. In fact, it was excellent. The location is perfect, right on Printer’s Alley. We walked almost everywhere. The rental itself was top notch. The host has thought of everything from coffee, snacks and wine to extra charging cords(there’s always one in a group). My personal favorite detail was the individually wrapped make-up wipes in every bathroom. It really is the little details that make a big impression. We’ll be back next year!

We can't express enough how incredible this loft is. It was absolutely perfect for our group of four couples. Unlike staying in a hotel, we loved being able to come back together at the end of the day and still hang out. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, always responding immediately to any questions we had. We're already discussing our next trip to Nashville and without a doubt, we'll be staying here again. The loft's location is ideal, within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Honestly, we wouldn't change a thing. If you're deciding where to stay in Nashville, don't hesitate—just book this amazing loft.

I'm all about truth in advertising and have had some less-than-desirable VRBO experiences in the past. This listing and the conditions were spot-on. Kate, the property manager, was a gift to work with in pre-planning, and getting a grocery order, a liquor order, and personalized gift-bags put together for me. She was very accommodating (and you should tip her well). The unit had plenty of space for 4 adult couples and the living room was furnished well for those who wanted to visit while others needed to check into work (boo!). I love it when the details are covered well. As in extra towels above the contracted count of people, respectable kitchen furnishings, waters and a bottle of wine, a key fob for all 8 of us, and even brand-new charging cables with a note to keep them if we needed them. The only piece of feedback I would offer folks considering this place is the bar on the ground level: the music carries up from the space and can be heard late into the night. It is NOT too loud, but if you're a sensitive sleeper, you may want some earplugs. This is truly NOT something to pass over this fantastic property for. One other logistical note: the address did not display in Uber, but Printer's Alley did. Any adjacent house number gets you close, and it's maybe a 100' walk up the "alley" with your bags to the main entrance. Ubers won't be able to drop or pick up at the main entrance; not an issue, just good to know in advance.

We chose this place for a 30th birthday surprise and overall this was one of the best experiences ever! The place was so clean, lovely to have so many bathrooms, very easy to get to. The host was very responsive, super helpful and one of the best! We are definitely planning our next trip to nashville and will staying here again! It a bonus to be so close to broadway and be on printers alley. Highly recommend!!

Loved the property! Located in a much calmer area just a few blocks from Broadway. Great place for 4 couples to stay with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We also enjoyed the nearby bars and food (hotdog stand :)) Dawson was a wonderful host and thought of everything!

Majestic Lofts was the ideal place for 4 couples to spend a long weekend away for a milestone birthday celebration! The location is perfect - we walked everywhere. Printer’s Alley is such a cool spot with it’s own unique nightlife, while also being just blocks from Broadway. Can’t recommend it enough!

This place was perfect for us 3 couples celebrating a 40th birthday! The location was great & easy to get in and out of. The unit itself was outstanding!! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the most fun location we’ve stayed while enjoying local music. Unit was pristine with plenty space for 8 of us; we enjoyed upscale layout and easy entry. We could hear music of bar below which we loved for this weekend since it added to the ambiance. Sound machines were in each bedroom but after day into night outings we had no problems sleeping late especially since rooms were pitch black. Host was exceptional and quickly responsive; treated us with surprise welcome gift for our celebratory weekend!

Had a wonderful long weekend in this loft. The location was ideal; a short walk to Broadway St with many bars and restaurants right near loft on Printers Alley. Great communication at check in and check out. Each unit had its own bathroom which was ideal for couples. Will be staying here again in the future.

Very accommodating property for group. Excellent location walk to everything. Beds,sheets towels paper goods all like you have at home. Fun snacks to welcome us. Very clean and host was on point. You get what u pay for on this one.

We had a group of eight for a bachelorette party, and this was the perfect location. Walking distance within all of the bars and restaurants; spacious property, with beautiful decor; each room with its own personal bathroom (and a fifth bathroom, which proved to be extremely beneficial for a stay of eight women!); and the management took special care to make our group feel welcome! They went above and beyond traditional hospitality (providing us a handwritten note, accompanied by complimentary snacks and beverages!). Would absolutely stay here again - recommend 10 out of 10!
