House was very clean and plenty of space for large groups. Beds were all comfortable and all the appliances worked. Check in and out was super easy and the Host is very friendly and accommodating.

This home was easy to entertain our family and prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Really appreciated the two living spaces so the kids could watch TV and the adults could watch TV.

We rented this house because my daughter had a softball tournament. We needed a house with at least 4 rooms to accommodate our group (8 people).
Location: was super close to Warner Park. 15-20 mins from Summit & Jack Mattox Parks. The neighborhood is older & you can tell some houses have been renovated but the majority haven’t. Some haven’t been maintained very well. We always felt safe, safety wasn’t an issue. Close to restaurants & entertainment for the kids. Ruby falls, Rock city & incline railroad were close by.
The House: it has been updated but it definitely needs a touch up. A good paint job would drastically improve the look but the house was very clean. The kitchen was perfect. It was stocked with all the cooking necessities & ample space. The bathrooms were fine as well. Towels smelt clean and fresh. The water pressure wasn’t the best. If someone was doing laundry & showering the person showering would have almost no water. Same thing if someone was running the sink water while someone was showering. The bedrooms were clean. beds/pillows were very comfy. The 3 main rooms all had ceiling fans. We all slept very well. We enjoyed having the two living rooms. Everyone had their space. The driveway was very narrow & a little steep but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We would get out of the car before my husband would park. The grass was a little high when we got there but the lawn crew came while we were there to cut it.
Overall the house met all our needs.

We had such a wonderful time in Chattanooga with family. This was the perfect house to spend time together and a great location to all the areas in Chattanooga.

This is a very solid, well-maintained home. So spacious, nicely decorated. Plenty of pillows & towels. Comfy beds. It offered a great location for us, close to family living in the area & convenient to so many activities in the downtown area. Nice to be able to bring the dogs with us instead of boarding them. Back yard is fenced, though it's only about a 4' high, so that could be an issue for some.
With the extreme cold temps moving in, we had a some water pressure issues but Chris was very quick to reply and tend to the trouble. He was terrific to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay while in town for SLTC graduation. The house was well kept, clean, and all things needed. House had plenty of room for everyone we had with us. We had a last minute cancellation with our pet sitter and Chris was responsive and had no issues with us bringing our pet with us. If we are in the area again we will defiantly check to see if this home is available.
