Featured in Connecticut Cottages and Gardens, the stylish residence boasts a 5-acre backyard/forest, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, one full kitchens w/ Wine Cooler and All New Appliances, an Indoor Fireplace and exclusive access to Washer & Dryer. With a complete kitchen and separate entrance, the downstairs can be divided to become a self-sustaining live in suite, perfect for a nanny, nurse or extended family. Unwind by going on hikes in the backyard, or relaxing with a cup of tea by the gentle stream which runs through it. You have your own, private, front door entrance and deck. We absolutely LOVED our stay! We had the pleasure of staying at this property for three weeks. It was exactly as pictured, beautiful inside and in the perfect location. The Costas family was so kind, extremely welcoming, and overall a pleasure to work with. We can't say enough good things about our experience and hope to stay again to visit our grandbabies in the area.
