Overall very good stay, breakfast was very delicious. The only problem I had, the bed was not very comfortable. Pillows too big, but it might be just my preference. Very close to the centre, easy to park on the street.

The hotel was excellent but the staff was exceptional

We loved this hotel, looked as it has been recently renovated, everything looked new and done in great taste. Very close to the old city, friendly staff and a great breakfast included. A great deal!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! And the management and his staff were super helpful during our stay (restaurant recommendation, transportation arrangements, etc.). Would definitely recommend this B&B!

Gina Luca was personable and accommodating for our stay in Lecce!
We arrived late due to delayed flights and he stayed up to make sure we got into our room and had everything we needed.
The room was spacious and the loft provided extra room for when our daughter was with us.
His sister’s breakfast was amazing and tailored to what we liked. She and her team were so nice and the food was Great!
We would highly recommend Pallazo Belsante!

A really quiet area just outside the city walls. Superb position, especially when driving. The breakfasts were wonderful, and the staff were all very helpful

This place is within a walking distance from the historical city center of Lecce. The rooms are spacious and with high ceilings. Gianluca was very helpful with giving tips for best Lecce restaurants. His sisters and the team served us with a very good breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning. Next time we will stay more than 1 night for sure....

Like - breakfast, convenient access to Old Town, free on road parking adjacent to property, very helpful staff (Gianluca and his sisters always available to help or answer questions), large room.

Big room, there’s even a seating area upstairs in your own room.
Staff is very friendly, they let me do the check in procedure before the official time so I could leave my luggage and then could return later during regular check in hours to access the room. Everything is walking distance from this B&B and that’s also why I chose it. The sights in the old town center, the train station, several restaurants, they are all easy accessible.
Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. And during my time in Lecce I had forgotten to drink a cafe Leccese and when I asked the ladies at breakfast they said they could make it for me and they did (and it was delicious as well). Thank you to the whole time for a great stay.

I would stay again here because the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfest was very good also, with warm pasticciotto leccese and brioches.

The hotel had on-going work done but despite that the owner arranged for us to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant and we did not suffer from work related noise.
The location is perfect, just on the edge of the historical centre. Parking is in the street.

Large room, good breakfast on a top floor terrace, very friendly staff, the historic city centre of Lecce is a cross the street. They are building an elevator, with is going to be helpful

Fantastic service!

Whilst we only stayed for one night, we were extremely pleased with the accommodation and its location close to the main attractions in Lecce.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are bright and spacious especially with the high ceilings that expose the original beams.
Our breakfast order was taken at check in which is something neither of us have experienced before and meant we were spoilt for choice with the option of different flavoured pastries, juice, hot drinks and our choice of eggs!
We were given quite a large platter of pastries and cakes which we worried was slightly wasteful as we simply couldn’t fit everything in but no complaints on the quality.
Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

It was a very nice stay and I will take the advantage of the opportunity to recognize and appreciate the service that the staff gave me to solve a problem I had with my car. They really went over their duties and supported until I get a solution. Many thanks.

We stayed in this gorgeous hotel on a one-night stay in beautiful Lecce. The location is really convenient - just outside the historic centre - and all of Lecce's highlights are within walking distance. Our deluxe room was perfect with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast on the roof terrace was outstanding - I've stayed in many hotels over the years but none compare to Palazzo Belsanti's - not even the poshest five star hotels!

Andrea and Alessandra were very friendly and helpful and we really loved the accommodation, its a short walk into the city. There was a lovely roof terrace for breakfast and you had the option of having it in your room too. We loved the history and detail of the building. We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly hotel (really a B&B) close to the old town. Room was ok but bed hard and internet was terrible. Breakfast on the roof deck good.
We heard there was a surcharge for checking in outside 3-6pm about 24 hours before arriving, had only seen that check in was after 3 in details from Hotel.com.

I spent three days at Palazzo Belsanti with a friend and we had a lovely stay. Andrea and Alessandra are wonderful and so very helpful (Andrea even grabbed my seriously HEAVY suitcase from the car and up the stairs to our room!!!), doing all that they can to make your stay in Lecce as enjoyable and authentic as you want it to be. The rooms were comfortable and clean with working AC and nice soft towels and the breakfast served delicious and plentiful. I would only say to those who not yet been to Puglia is that you should keep in mind that this is a small boutique hotel/almost bed&breakfast style place in an older building without an elevator but I promise you Andrea and Alessandra have done a wonderful job adding a more modern, clean touch and lots of love!

The couple that runs the hotel are very welcoming and dedicated to the cause. The place itself is an old-restored building, which has its charm. Only issue is that you hear everything due to the old construction. The room was very nice, well decorated, clean with a nice bathroom and very high-end soaps, shampoos etc. unfortunately the bed was not too comfortable, as it had a depression in it making it uneven and not so comfy. Breakfast is on the rooftop, which is really great, nice view, good feel to it, but i we did the selection somewhat limited e.g maybe so more fruits would have been good. Overall, pretty good value for money.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay, the location is superb for walking into the beautiful city of Lecce, and the rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The best part of of this place are the fantastic owners Alessandra & Andrea, their passion and enthusiasm are rarely found these days, we were welcomed like old friends and left wishing we could have stayed longer. The breakfast on the roof terrace is all locally sourced, home made, and the owners passion clearly shows with the quality of the ingredients.
We have visited Lecce before but this was our most enjoyable stay made so by the hosts and the Palazzo Balsanti.

Located on a main sreet 7 minutes walk to the historical center. Exellent service from Andre and Alexandra with guide and dining tips. Our clean room with a well designed loft is on the 2nd floor without elevator however.
Breakfast on the terasse every morning ia a treat with pastries, fresh fruits and robust coffees to start your day. We were slightly apprehensive at first about the exterior look of the building, an old palazzo but felt secure and warmly greeted once inside. We would not hesitate to come back here on our nexr trip.
Thanks again Andre and Alexandra.

Palazzo Belsanti is owned and operated by a nice young Italian couple, Andrea and Alessandra, who truly try to make every guests stay optimal from arrival to departure. Exceptional service included: 1) Upon arrival, Andrea found us a parking space which he held for us by standing in the street, 2) Andrea carried all of our luggage up 2 flights of tall stairs (wow!), 3) Alessandra made recommendations for our sightseeing, mapped all out for us and even reserved a place for lunch, 4) served us a scrumptious breakfast an hour early for us on our day of arrival, 5) helped us with our luggage to our car a few blocks away. The rooms are modern, luxurious, cozy and comfortable. The location is a short walk to the old historic center of Lecce. The price for the standard room (approximately 75 Euros for 2 per night) is fair. Alessandra upgraded us to a superior room complimentarily. Would I stay at Palazzo Belsanti again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

Alessandro and Andrea were amazing hosts. The room was great and it was such a short walk to one of the main gates of Lecce, which has lots of amazing history, shops and restaurants.

This was an amazing place. We spent a week at the Palazzo Belsanti and it was the most stylish and charming place. Alessandra and Andrea were wonderful hosts, absolutely charming and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone they both served us a lovely breakfast all of local produce of the area. Alessandra sorted out all our travelling arrangements each day with timetables of trains etc.
The Pelazzo Belsanti is very charming and lovely place. The place is spotless and everything is beautiful and you couldn’t want for anything. The Pelazzo Belsanti is just outside the Old City walls and is only a short walk to the old Town.
We will definitely go to stay there again at the service we received was amazing and we felt so at home with Alessandra an Andrea.
