As you enter the home, you'll find at its heart is a spacious chef's kitchen flanked by a massive bar with seating for 8 and an adjoining dining area with seating for 6.
This home has an open floor plan and on the Main Level, you will find the Master Bedroom, (2) Guest Bedrooms, Family Room with Smart TV, Kitchen, Guest Bath and Laundry.
Just a few steps up from the Kitchen is the second Family Room which enjoys spectacular wrap-around water views, comfortable furnishings, Television, two dedicated work stations and is a perfect spot to relax and unwind
Just 5 steps up from this Family Room, you'll find a private guest wing with (1) King Bedroom, (2) Queen Beds and shared Bath.
The outdoors of Blue Sky Breeze is equally stunning with its Heated Pool & Spa, a Covered Lanai which includes both Dining & Lounging areas, an expansive dock, as well as multiple areas on the property where you may relax and enjoy the local wildlife as well as the many passing boats and kayakers heading out for a day of adventure.
If you'd like to explore Marco by water, jump in our kayaks and explore your way through the waterways of Marco where dolphins, manatees and bird-life abound; or if you'd like to work out without leaving home, we offer a small gym equipped with exercise bike, weight bench, free weights and yoga mats.
