Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. Please no pets on the beds or furniture so we can keep the home as clean as possible. This 2nd floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. This was my first trip to Melbourne Beach where my partner and I stayed at a VRBO and this property did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being within close walking distance to the beach was incredible. We really appreciate a place that’s walkable so having a few restaurant options and a market within close walking distance was really awesome too.

We stayed as an overnight stop in our RV. I needed laundry facilities, and we wanted an overnighter in a real bed/ shower. Our 21-foot RV was easy to park. The place was very clean, and there was a great grocery store with an EXCELLENT takeout restaurant. We definitely would stop again. It is also close to the beach.

We enjoyed the convenience of local restaurants and an interesting food market literally across the street. The walk to the beach was under ten minutes. Enjoyed morning coffee sitting on the small porch of unit number four. Communication with our host was outstanding. Wonderful consideration was given to all of our needs.

My husband and I just got back from a relaxing weekend getaway for our Anniversary. The house was adorable, very clean and cozy. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and walking to the beach to sit and relax, then plenty of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our weekend away, it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!!

We loved our number 4 flat at Ocean Point. We had everything we needed for a great stay and its walking distance from both the lagoon and sea, with an independent supermarket just across the street. The flat itself is spacious and has Roku TVs to watch your favourite shows. Nice cold Air con. Couldn’t rate highly enough!

We stayed here when moving our son into college. It was an easy walk to the beach with great amenities just across the street. Safe area. We look forward to renting again when baseball season starts to watch our son play.

This is my second time staying at this location. It is perfect location as I have daughter a few blocks away. But the convenience of the Melbourne Beach market walk to restaurants and beach can’t be beat. Will stay there again.

We were in Melbourne visiting friends and stayed in this super cute beach apartment. It was very clean and spacious. We mostly ate out but it had a kitchen with everything you would need to eat in. The bed was super comfortable and the place was just as pictured. Right across the street is a great market, a pizza place, and a cafe. We went to all three and the food was very good. The beach was a very short walk and very nice! We love the little town of Melbourne beach so we will definitely be back and we will most definitely stay at this beach apartment again!

If you want to park your car once and walk to everything, this is your spot. The beach is close by and also just steps to groceries, restaurants, drug store and a Public Library. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. A very relaxing stay.

Ken was always responded to any questions within minutes. The property was clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable. Great location. I appreciate when an owner responds like Ken did. Loved the shower and bed. Plenty of towels in the large bathroom closet. Every kitchen item needed was available.

the unit was immaculate and had everything as described (except, no toaster) the outside isn't the prettiest but inside was cute, beauty and very clean and it is convenient to walk to beach and the strip center across the street has a Market, restaurant and bar and a breakfast place too. it was well suited for our stay as we came to visit with friends who relocated to Melbourne ,but we wanted our own place to stay.

This was the second time I've stayed at Ocean Point. It's in a great location with everything you need within walking distance including a well stocked market, several restaurants, both upscale and casual, and the beach a 1/2 block away. Easy access to I-95, should you want to plan a trip to Orlando while you're in the area. The unit I stayed in this time (Unit 4) was super clean and has all amenities needed for a great stay. David was quick to respond to any requests or questions I had. I travel to that area quite often and this has definitely become my "go to" place to stay.

Nice and fairly Quiet, 1 1/2 blocks from the Ocean. Under the Health circumstances was glad we were pretty much isolated. Grocery store across the street. We were able to get take out from near by places. We always try to do local. Dave was a great Host Cully

This was our first experience renting a house. We were very pleased with how accurate the photos were to the home. It was a very quiet, comfortable stay. Next time we come back to Melbourne, we plan on renting this place again. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own toilet paper and laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry.

Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Well equipped, clean and very comfortable bed. Would stay here again. Only issue was Wifi/TV reception was weak with only one receiver shared by 4 units.
