About this house rental

This property is a duplex located in NW Boise with great access to downtown, the foothills and the Boise river/green belt and the freeway. This house is close to everything Boise has to offer. Located in a mature neighborhood with lots of huge trees and spacious lots, it won’t feel like you’re in the heart of the city.
Our huge backyard has a fire pit, bbq grill, picnic table and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment.
Walking distance to a lovely neighborhood park and coffee house, you don’t have to go far for food and entertainment.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was a great big backyard with bbq grill, fire pit, hammock, and horse shoes to play. The house was perfect for us. A comfortable living room for us all to lounge in. The kitchen was great for our family meals. The rooms were comfortable and I loved that I could do laundry when needed. The location felt like it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Also the hosts were great communicators. When we had questions they were fast to respond and helped our stay go smoothly. I would definitely be booking again in the future.

This is my second time staying at this property and it’s hard to beat. You get what you pay for and there are a few quirks. The back glass door is a little tricky to use and it would be nice if the head boards on the beds would get a wedge put in them because they move enough to make noise that will wake up a light sleeper. Otherwise the price is unbeatable for what you get. It’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It’s located near major arterials to get anywhere around Boise. There are plenty of coffee shops to choose from, one of which is just a short walk away, plenty of restaurants and fun things to do near by and so much more. All around a wonderful little place to stay for the price, the owners keep it clean and manicured. I have no complaints and will continue coming back if it’s available on future trips!

Very much liked the wood work and how comfortable the house is. Convenient to the Expo and restaurants. Will probably book in the future. Recommend.

Katie and Dallas have a lovely duplex! Big private backyard, and you couldn’t ask for a better location within the city! We enjoyed our trip and have said we will return in the future to this rental if we can!

It was a lovely place. Nice calm neighborhood. Everything was nearby. Wasn’t super fancy but did the job. We were happy.
