Southern feel brand new house with a modern touch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, high speed wifi internet, full kitchen, living room, and patio. Perfect location to everything in Fayetteville, bike trails, and really good food!

This rental is for the entire home so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the home. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging.

Formally known as 'The Coves', this neighborhood is tucked away just northeast of Farmington, and southwest of Mountain Ranch Apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly!

You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio.

Parking in the driveway is highly encouraged. Street parking is also available but please be mindful of the 'no parking' signs listed. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.

This house was perfect for our family to stay while we moved our daughter into her dorm. House is cozy, has everything you need just like if you were home. The backyard was perfect for our fur babies. The game room garage was a great family fun! Overall great location & great house!

We stayed at this adorable home while we were visiting friends in Prairie Grove and going to an event in Springdale and the location was perfect! It is located in a very nice subdivision that felt very safe and is close to any type of store or restaurant that you could want. The home itself is clean, well decorated and the backyard is so big and comfortable, we set outside with our pup every night when we came in. We will definitely look into the availability of this property when we visit again.

House was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Location is easily accessible and close to everything. Great place with pets, back yard is completely fenced and has plenty of room to run around, having "poop" bags provided was great (sorry we used so many). Will definitely stay again if available on our next trip.

We have stayed in a few houses since our son has been a student at the university, and this was definitely our favorite. It had everything we could possibly want. We stayed in for meals in the evening and did everything from barbecuing, to baking, to dying Easter eggs, and this house had everything that we could possibly want. It is new and clean and fit our needs perfectly. We played in the game room quite a bit as well as played some of the board games that were available. The outdoor backyard area with fire pit was perfect for doing s’mores. Our small puppy loved it as well. We all felt at home for a great family weekend together.

We absolutely loved our stay in Fayetteville. The property was amazing and our hostess could not have been better. We had one issue come up with the house, and she responded immediately and made plans to have the issue resolved. Great property for dogs, and ours loved the backyard. The house was in great proximity to everything Fayetteville has to offer. We would love to come back as we will have great memories of our trip- we came home engaged!!

The house was very charming. Fixed up so cute! And the location was perfect- about 13 min from the university which was great. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood which was what we wanted. We loved the game room- what a hit! We had a blast playing ping pong. Also loved relaxing on the sofa and just watching a movie. The house had everything a person could need. Will definitely stay here again if we return!

We enjoyed our stay although the chilly rainy weather hampered our ability to enjoy the beautiful backyard! The game room was packed with activities but again it was quite chilly to participate in the chilly garage. The home is exactly as expected and very clean and well stocked! We hope to return! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet area and close to everywhere we wanted to go! I wish that the check in was earlier, 4 oclock is a late check in, in my opinion. There was an early check in option, for an extra fee. Also the game room is in an unheated garage/room and i do not recall that was mentioned in the description. Overall, a comfortable house!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving for the MU/Arkansas football game. We hosted a Thanksgiving meal for our family and the house had everything we needed. The game room is an added bonus and the outdoor areas are wonderful..just a little cool for us to spend a ton of time outside during our stay. Communication was prompt. We would definitely return to this property!

I booked this property for me and my mother to stay while visiting grandchildren in Fayetteville. It was perfect. We had the grandchildren over Wednesday night for supper and they so enjoyed the game room. Absolutely 5 stars all the way around.

Spent a couple nights while on an Arkansas trip to see the leaves changing. The house was perfect and beautifully decorated. The host paid attention to every detail, coffee to start our day, fun games to test our ping pong skills and more, and a beautiful backyard to relax, not to mention all the details within the home. Only problem is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would certainly recommend and hope to come back!

The property was very comfortable and clean. It had an awesome space for everyone in our party. The living areas were very cozy and comfy…. The outdoor space was also very nice and allowed additional space for gathering and enjoying dinner, breakfast, etc. the game room was also super nice, especially if you have children.
