The instructions to find the apartment were clear and necessary to find this spot. It was a quiet neighborhood and a very nicely done apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

This house is a short distance from downtown Seattle. My family really enjoyed the location and views. We had a few maintenance issues that were quickly fixed. The management company is really friendly and was quickly able to fix our maintenance needs.

We had 5 wonderful nights in this great suite. The kitchen and living room space are HUGE and well set up.
We cooked a few meals and watched some movies when we weren’t out exploring Seattle.
The bedrooms were comfortable and really quiet. The parking was great in the alley and good railings on all the stairs.
Great spot for 2 couples or even just 2 friends who need their own space.
Host was very responsive and the company helped us get in quickly after a glitch with the door code.
Loved it.

We found this apartment to be a welcome place to chill and lay our heads while visiting family for the holidays. Well equipped and modern…you can’t go wrong!

My stay at this Airbnb in Seattle, WA, was fantastic! The location was ideal, offering a beautiful view and just a short 10-minute drive from downtown. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and a cozy sofa couch. The designated parking spot was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.
One of the standout aspects of this Airbnb was the host's excellent communication. They were always prompt and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Whether it was recommending local eats or addressing any questions we had, they were incredibly accommodating.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Seattle.

I am not friends or family of the owners nor do I know anyone at the Company hired to manage the property.
The owner Joanne and her team separated themselves from ALL of the other places I contacted and I contacted over 40 places in and around the Seattle location.
The property was great and exactly as advertised. Even though it is a multi-unit house, it was quiet and peaceful and we didn’t even see anyone during our stay of 5 days.
I asked for a few things during our stay and the response was excellent providing what I asked for each time and on the same day.
The livingroom couch is not for sleeping on by any adult however once I stated this, I was provided with a mattress topper for the remaining nights that fixed the problem.
Uber to/from Space Needle and the Climate Pledge Arena is $23; we walked there (about an hour) and Ubered back.
Grocery shopping and a couple of restaurants is only an 8 minute walk away.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone as all aspects of it were PERFECT.
Whenever I come to Seattle, this is the property I will stay in.
Thank you Joanne and your local team for ensuring our stay was fantastic :o)

Comfortable good-sized unit in northwest Queen Anne. Within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, coffee, and transit. Main space and kitchen are reasonably spacious (sitting area, 4 person dining table, and kitchen with stools along the open counter).
Access to dedicated parking spot is along a tight alley. Suggest reviewing host directions and Google maps host directions to make it easier to find the spot the first time - especially if you are going to be arriving at night as the alley is very dark.
Felt very safe walking around the area. would stay here again.

Would recommend staying here for a trip to Seattle. Close to downtown - driving around was easy. Parking is so scarce here that having a spot reserved for this location was amazing.
Very clean - comfy beds - communication from host was perfect !!

I will definitely recommend this place.

Getting to this home was just about my worst nightmare. The host had sent an email with a Google map link to a WRONG address, which was incredibly difficult to find. Then when we finally found it, someone answered the door and said people regularly come to their door thinking they're a Vrbo, but they're not and they can't help us. This caused me to double check the host's link and realize that it was to an incorrect address. Once I put the correct address into my map we were able to find the home, but it was still difficult to figure out where to park. The directions were not at all helpful and in fact caused extra confusion. All in all, we spent an hour driving around the same handful of blocks in the neighborhood with a screaming baby in the back because we knew we were close but couldn't figure out where this place was. There is honestly nothing about the home that could have made up for this terrible experience. The home itself was fine. In my experience all rentals like this end up missing random things (this one didn't have a can opener--we bought one and left it for the next person--and the shower mat hadn't been washed and dried, so we had to make due without it), but for the most part it was what we expected. The awful difficulty in finding the place was really the issue, and I know it wasn't just me navigating poorly because of those poor neighbors who constantly have people coming to their door looking for this place.

Newly decorated, comfortable, quiet with all the amenities! My best friend and I went to Seattle for fun and stayed in this wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment/condo. It was homey, cozy and private with a designated parking spot. We both would stay there again.

This condo was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and slept well, which made our work days run more smoothly. Great property.

This nice unit in a Quadplex/Fourplex is nestled in the Queen Anne district of Seattle. It was a nice place and accurately described. It is a home with a university campus feel within the neighborhood of lots of hills and narrow streets. Most cars park along the street due to limited access providing the feeling of a downtown area. The parking area is behind the Quadplex and is accessed in an alley way and was a little tricky to maneuver but once we found it, it was fine. It was well cared for and the owner was conscientious and easy to work with. If you want to experience life as a local, this is your place.

Perfect for what we needed while in the area

Unit was very clean. The room layout was basic with only windows to the neighbors (as shown in the pictures). Looks like 20 brand new spices in the kitchen. The bed mattress was very comfortably firm. Best mattress of the 3 places we stayed on this trip. Unit was surprisingly quiet with windows open being in a metro area (near a main arterial road and close to neighbors). Shower head was low (approximately 5'10") but would not hesitate to rent again.

The designated park spot is tricky to find but once found it is a blessing to have given the difficulty of stress parking.

We had an amazing time
