Lakeside is a few minutes walk to Burnham town.
Our caravan was clean, with everything you needed for a few days away. Would probably return in the summer months for another visit.
2.0
Club house run down but food passable..
Park was over crowded, too many caravans on 1 park, like a goldfish bowl, blinds was broken wouldnt close, no privacy at all, floors was dirty and carpets sticky, plug hole in shower stinking. Flea bites on my niece, constanly itched, only stayed 1 night.

Everything but beds was really comfy, had we needed to cook a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils was available. Loved having 2 toilets. Shower was great. Peaceful and tranquil in the evenings. We didn’t spend any daytime there. We saw there was a pool and clubhouse. So I’d assume it would be a nice break in summer. Central heating was great.
The mattresses were terrible. We just needed a comfortable bed after each days racing at weston super mare beach race. Outside lamposts shone straight into master bedroom all night. So maybe a blackout blind would be good.

First time staying here. Lovely site, staff very welcoming and caravan clean. Great club house with pool table and darts. The entertainment and food was also a bonus. They do bingo but make sure to take cash as some of the entertainment is cash only: no cash point on site but one nearby. Fishing ponds, as most, was a hit or miss in terms of getting a catch, but we were having a good day: others we spoke to were not! The location was spot on for what we wanted to do. Would recommend and definitely will return 😄.
Some entertainment such as bingo, cash only. Not sure if we missed this in the info, but we didn't have enough cash for us all to participate when told. (Very rarely have cash on us these days!)

The site was lovely and clean, and a nice 10 min walk to Burnham on Sea
Didn't not like, the caravan was old and basic, but very clean and the best bed ever, it was what we expected for the price we paid

It was old and outdated not really anything to like
No gas, everything was old and outdated, couldn’t cook or stay warm ended up leaving after 1 night, worst thing is trying to contact to get your money back lack of communication

Great site and exceptional value for money having got a great deal. Thoroughly relaxing and great location. Lucky with the weather.
Only gripe was carpet in the sitting room needed a professional clean or renewing.

Caravan was freezing. Because the heaters were on so low it wouldn’t warm us up went to club one night private party was on so we had to get taxi to town and back because the kids wanted entertainment we weren’t told until we got to venue either. Staff in the pub were brilliant. The girls were so helpful and friendly
Being shut out of entertainment venu. Went to reception once and they were locked at about 5 ish

Nice caravan. Well equipped.
Facilities at park were closed on the Saturday night due to a private party.

Roomy and fairly well equipped
Beds were really uncomfortable ! Would suggest mattresses need upgrading. Wooden steps were treacherous when wet !

Awful!!! couldn't get away from the place quick enough, we had booked for a 5 day break but left after 2 nights, the caravan and holiday park were disgusting.
The caravan itself should never have been let , it was dated, dirty, and obviously old, none of the windows closed properly, the curtains and blinds were so old they were faded and the blinds dirty and mouldy, the carpets were dirty and the whole place needs to be revamped. No iron or ironing board as stated when we booked, also stated that WiFi was accessible in all areas but this was a lie, only accessible in thr club house, which the receptionist new absolutely nothing about..asked about eateries and she had no idea!!
I could go on with the list but I think I've given the idea of how bad it was, a waste of money!!! And left my girls really disappointed.

Location good for what we needed. Park not too big. Staff friendly and helpful.
Too noisy for a 'real' holiday for us.

The park itself was clean and the staff were very pleasant. There was a nice little play park for our 2 year old granddaughter we didn’t use the restaurant/bar. The swimming pool seemed to be open occasionally but not at the times specified. The caravan - all wipeable surfaces were spotlessly clean as was the crockery and cutlery etc.
The carpet in the living room had a couple of dirty patches, the seating smelled very fusty, the curtains looked tatty and one of the single mattress covers had seen better days. Cannot fault the cleaners, but the caravan was obviously old and needed a good deep clean and/or refurb of the soft furnishings.
