About this house rental
Ivy Dene is a charming country cottage in the midst of the well known village of Crich. With its comfortable lounge with log burning stove, lovely dining room, ultra modern kitchen three attractive bedrooms, and a nice bathroom it is the perfect holiday retreat. The owners have paid great attention to detail in its furnishings, décor, colours, and textures. Totally refurbished to an incredible standard it just oozes quality throughout all its accommodation. It must be one of the best cottages in Derbyshire!
Crich is a great village with its pubs, restaurants, bakery, other village shops and even a fish and chip takeaway. It is a great base for exploring all the Peak District and Derbyshire visitor attractions The National Tramway, Heights of Abraham cable cars and Carsington Water are very close and the Derwent Valley will take you to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and up into the high moorlands of the Peaks.
Size : Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds : 1 zip and link king size double (or two 2' 6" singles if preferred - please state at time of booking), 1 zip and link continental double (or two 2' 9" singles if preferred) 1 twin bedroom (standard 3' singles).
Rooms : Lounge, dining room, snug, kitchen, cloakroom with W.C., boot room, Upstairs: Three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with W.C., family bathroom with bath and separate shower and W.C.
Kitchen & utilities : Range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, automatic washer, tumble dryer.
Entertainment : Log burning stove, Smart TV, BT-TV, WIFI.
Outside : Rear terrace, patio and garden with furniture. Shed storage for two bikes.
Parking : In the village square right in front of the cottage.
General : Linen and towels are provided. Central heating, initial supply of fuel for the fires and power included.
Pets : Two small well behaved pets are allowed by arrangement.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details, and to take payment.
Notes : Smoking is not permitted. Small children must be supervised in the garden because of the steps and well. Access for people with disabilities may be difficult. Please ask for details and a copy of the cottage access statement
