Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

We came to Chicago for a few days to catch up with some friends, have a couple of Michelin 3 star dinners, enjoy the museums, and to see Metallica at Soldier Field. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and well appointed. The views were incredible. It was within walking distance to the Shedd Aquarium, The Field Museum, and Soldier Field. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal that was fixed the same day within a timeframe that was convenient for us. Enviate, the property manager organization, was very responsive and always available for issues/questions.

Fabulous escape to Chicago! Beautiful apartment with pretty views! Perfectly equipped! Exceptionally clean! Just perfect! Look forward to returning to this place soon! Loved the access to a pool, movie cinema and game room!

HORRIBLE! Upon checking in unit we were met with the stench of cigarette smoke along with weed, and I’m not talking a little odor full on take your breath!! I notified the number I was given to contact if we had any issues, they would not answer actual phone call, and texting was sparse or non existent, we purchased candies, air fresheners, pods, sprays to attempt to help but unfortunately it only masked the scent temporarily. They sent someone 24 hours later with a can of some type of odor reducer which again, masked the scent temporarily. I sent numerous texts and the guy even said he was embarrassed upon checking us in unit and reported it and said that cleaning crew had reported as well but no one reached out to us to tell us about the issue. We all experienced sinus/allergy issues and trying to enjoy any time in living room area was nauseating! They did advise me they had a strict no smoking policy but obviously prior guest did not abide by. I had to explain to my seven year old grandson what the smell was! I’m beyond appalled at the condition of the unit and the lack of customer service, all I got was “thanks for understanding” which was in NO way what I was! To top it off found a used tissue in my bed too, completely disgusting so my advice is to stay away from this property and this company, I plan to seek legal advice as to what may be done.

Loved the location of our accommodations. If you are familiar with the public transit and/or willing to walk, there is so much to do so close by. Apartment was as described and very comfortable for our party of 6. Check in process could use some work, but not a deal breaker. Appreciate the prompt communication from rebooking through check out.

Location was perfect. Was within walking distance or short bus rides to about everything. The apartment was perfect. We would stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Lived out my dreams of living luxuriously, overlooking the lake, and walking to my favorite restaurants. I almost considered moving back to Chicago from the South after my stay!

We rented this appointment while in town for a work conference. What an incredible place! The views of the City, Soldier Field, and the lake are incredible! The staff at the apartment complex were great and the check in and check out process was seamless. I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed!

This was the absolute perfect location, downtown, blocks from Soldier Field, i highly recomend getting a CTA 3,5,7 day pass while your there the public transportation in chicago is great and super easy to use, understand and really cheap convenient way to get around. the apartment was perfect, the rooms were huge, a couple little issues when we checked in with the couch being broken and the sink in both bathrooms drained really really slow. but overall great stay, great views and perfect location. will stay again

A few of us girls stayed at this property over the weekend. The space is beautiful! The views are amazing, great price for a 3 bedroom 2 bath property. Very spacious and comfortable place, very clean.
Fair warning: the approval process is very tedious. The property owner asked me to fill out a sign in sheet with information of all guests, a credit card for security deposit and purpose of the visit. Later I received a text asking about my LinkedIn profile. The communication was through a text message with asking a lot of personal information including a picture me holding my credit card and ID with full eligible information which I didn’t feel comfortable sharing. It’s a lot of security clearance. I have booked many places prior but never had this kind of security clearance before.

The property is as advertised, the check in process is simple and easy. If you are bringing a vehicle to park in the garage, it is very accurate, and you receive an opener for access in and out. However, if you have a larger vehicle, the space is accommodating, but very tight. Regarding the area, there are several restaurants, stores nearby. If you want to get to the heart of the magnificent
mile, it’s about a $15 Uber or a 30 minute walk the only negative, is the unobstructed view of soldier, Field, as that thing is ugly.

We brought our family to Chicago for the Windy City Smokeout. The host was on time to let us in, and we were all impressed with the views from the main room and all the bedrooms and the overall accommodations. There was a soccer game at Soldier Field, and we could hear the cheers when we stepped out on the balcony. It was helpful have the building security when we had a simple question or two or were coming in late. It was always quiet inside and well suited for what we needed. The extra mattress we used in the living rom was even comfortable. The two bathrooms were clean and spacious. The laundry was handy, too.The Lyft bikes being on the corner were also fun. We mostly took Ubers. We would consider staying here again as it was a pleasant experience.

This was a stunning property. Everything was perfect. Location is perfect. So much around to walk to and near the park. View is great if the water and soldier field. You can also see the White Sox stadium in the distance. The gym and pool are fabulous. I used the gym every morning. Access in and out of the building was no problem at all.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped made it easy to prepare some meals in. Our kids loved the pool.
A couple of maintenance items need attention. Shower curtain is too short in hall bath making the floor wet. Island toe kick is detached.
Overall a great property. Our family of 8 had fun.

We have a son in Chicago, met our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter from Switzerland and we came in from Minneapolis. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in Chicago. Great location and great property. I highly recommend it.

Excellent property, clean bathrooms, and kitchen. The space was more than adequate for 5 people and the view of Soldiers Field was spectacular. Additional bonus was transit, Trader Joe’s, and good restaurants were nearby.

Very modern! Check in was accommodating as we drove and happen to be ahead of schedule! Felt very safe with 24 hour front desk personnel! Pleased with the pleather of towels! Nice big beds! Great view of Soldier Field and Michigan Lake!
