Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations, and watching your favorite movies on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. With eight beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home was clean and open concept, plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and grill worked well. Photos are a bit misleading. The house is very close to the water but there is a house between this house and the water, so we had to stare partially at the back of a house, we still had a view of the water but somewhat obstructed. One bed was badly in need of repair, it squeaked loudly and slumped in the middle. Good stay overall and would likely stay there in the future.

Cleanliness of this caliber is hard to achieve in the beach as sand gets everywhere - the house was impeccable. The layout was great - bedrooms with associated bathrooms in the four corners of the home. The kitchen amenities were fantastic! The space was second to none. We’ve traveled to the Gulf for years now, this was the best yet.

Check in was very easy and home was clean upon arrival and had ample space. Our house was partially behind another house and pictures did not correctly show that. Online pictures showed to have more room. Close walk to get to the beach. The home is well used. The toaster did not work and we lost power from a storm and could not get the smoke alarms reset. The management company responded quickly to any question I had. Overall our space was comfortable and we had a good time.

This place was right on the beach with lots of space. The queen beds were really comfortable, and the decks were great to hang out on in the evenings. It would be perfect for a family, we just had 5 adults but there was still plenty of space. We did have an issue with the AC but they got it fixed. It could also use a set of new pans, the current ones were rough so if you plan on doing a bunch of cooking I might bring your own.

Property was much larger than it looked online and was located in the West end of DI. Very quiet at night and an easy walk or run to the point for sunset viewing, and a short drive to restaurants, the fort, ferry, and shopping. The property is right on the water, literally, so that was a plus. I would suggest that guests plan on bringing their own chairs and wagons for the beach, as these are not provided. It may be a good idea for Vacasa to help the Island out by building trash receptacle stations at their houses and by the street. We kept up with ours, but it was sad to see trash bins from all of the rental houses left by the street all week. We recommend Pirate Pizza and the new Bottles eatery next door. Islanders was good and Baudeans, just on the other side of the bridge, is delicious. DI is super friendly and laid-back. Watch your speed when you are on the Island; the police are vigilant about ticketing fast drivers. Great trip for us while we waited for our Mobile home to be ready!

Great location. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Awesome dolphin, ray, and bird watching from the deck. Super dog friendly. A little run down but I'd stay there again.

WOW!! We loved this place and plan on returning as soon as we find an opening that works for us. We went at a bad time and had several storms our entire stay but the house kept us entertained and we NEVER lost power. When the sun did decide to show its face, we were right on the beach with a perfect private area for our kids to play and enjoy what we could. The location is extremely beautiful and the public beaches are just as perfect. This is the perfect spot to just drive up park your car and not hop back in it until it’s time to leave. MAKE SURE TO GROCERY SHOP BEFORE YOU GET TO YOUR STAY is the only thing unless you don’t mind spending extra.

Being on the beach was awesome! This beach house was perfect for our family plus pet friendly! 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom & tons of fluffy white towels. Comfortable mattresses. Open concept living, dining, kitchen. Great appliances & ice maker. Wish there had been a muffin pan and a few more casserole dishes & mixing bowls. Light, bright, & clean. Broom & vacuum provided to help minimize sand inside. Loved the multiple porches & outdoor shower. The beach chairs, sand toys, and grill were nice extras. Owners provided a few laundry & dishwasher pods and trash bags. We can't wait to come back! Pirate's pizza place & Pirate's restaurants on the island were delicious. Do shop for groceries before leaving the mainland; limited options on the island. Be sure to take the Ferry and visit Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines. Vacasa made this rental so easy!

This house was a little worn but extremely clean. It is furnished well and all the appliances worked including the ice maker in the fridge (a common sore spot for me.) The space is laid out well. The 4 bedrooms (we didn't need all the space this time) are well done for multiple families with kids. Our goal was to be within reasonable walking distance of West End Public Beach and it was. We are planning on returning to this location soon!

This is a nice home however we will not rebook Treasure Island in the future. I have a few suggestions. First, the queen beds are very uncomfortable. They are so hard, slope down that we had very poor night sleep. The mattresses needs replacing immediately. Second, the entire house needs fumigation. There are bugs everywhere, in drawers, on the table, in the dishwasher, crawling on the counter and floor. Just walking around I stepped on 3. It’s very bad. Third, the bunk beds are on the floor. I was embarrassed to ask my family member to sleep in there. She is very gracious and took the ‘L’. The bunks need to be off the floor. These beds need to be replaced. Fourth, please install cable TV. What plays is LG TV. I’ve never heard of that. I am thankful for the spacious kitchen/dining/great room. The 4bedrooms/4 bathrooms was fantastic. There were plenty of chairs and couches for everyone. The refrigerator, stove and dishwasher work great. The dining table and chairs are great.
