Common Area sleeping- Large queen+ sized high end designer sleeper sofa (bed #6), there is also a queen sized air mattress (AeroBed) (Bed #7) that can be placed in the living room or bedroom #1 with the attached bath.
Total beds are: Three queen beds & two twin beds in the bedrooms. Queen+ sized sleeper sofa, Queen sized air mattress.
The entire home was remodeled about 1 year ago and everything is updated and of high quality. While swimming in the pool friends & family can BBQ next to you with everything needed for a great meal including all BBQ utensils and evening outdoor lighting for a perfect ambiance. After the meal you guys can lounge around and enjoy some drinks and light music or take it inside and enjoy the massive 65" HDTV with a movie, sports or NetFlix. Alternatively you guys can have a blast playing on the Ping Pong Table located in the step down pool room.
The property is centrally located with great access to all parts of the city. The property is located on a busy street so you do get some interior noise from that and also the nearby airport, be aware for the light sleepers. All the bedrooms feature white noise machines to assist with a good nights rest. Excellent freeway access to ALL of LA, Starbucks 2 min away & groceries less than 5 min away as well.
Please respect the house AND the neighborhood. There is no tolerance for loud music, or any loitering outside in the street. We DO NOT ALLOW parties or people driving up and down the street going in and out the house. This is not the type of guest we allow. The neighbors will not tolerate it and will contact me and everyone will have to vacate and you will lose your deposit.

The kitchen has all the modern amenities and brand new high end appliances to make your stay great for the group including a stocked Keurig coffee machine and also a drip coffee machine to make sure that everyone's happy which also includes cream and sugar. You have a large dining table which seats 8-10 people comfortably and outdoor farmhouse dining table for 6-8 people. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home.
Outdoor you also have a very nice stainless BBQ with all utensils.
Very strong Central HVAC controlled by a smart thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.
The living room boasts a 65"TV loaded with cable + streaming services and lots of comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. My family’s stay at Shawn’s place was great. The heated pool and ping pong table were a big hit with my boys and there was ample space in the house for our family of 5. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stacked with pots, pans, spices, coffee, etc. Will definitely look into renting this place again when staying in LA.

Had an amazing time with my teen and his friends swimming and playing games in the backyard. Very spacious with lights that provide a great ambiance at night. The view of the backyard from inside of the house was picturesque. Very comfy living room to accommodate a large group to watch movies. Host was professional and easy to reach. Would definitely return!

It was 100+ degrees when we arrived and we immediately jumped in the pool, which felt AMAZING. The house was clean and there was plenty of space to spread out for our family of four and our 2 guests who live nearby. This was a 2-day pit stop on our way to San Diego and we didn’t leave the house once. Would definitely rent this place again.

My family and I (2 adults and 3 kids -9,almost 13 and 16) stayed in this big,but roomy yet cozy house and it was great! The host was very sweet and responsive. The house is updated and well equipped. There's a TV and remote control quiet ceiling fans in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed(lots of cooking utensils, plates, bowls, etc.).The first day we arrived the pool was dirty, the owner was notified and the next day someone came to clean it, and left it ready for us to enjoy.

We stayed here for a week and had an outstanding experience!
The pool was perfect, clean, and plenty big for our party of 4 adults and 2 children, with a picnic table, chairs, and grill on the patio, we could have spent the entire vacation outside (and mostly did). Everything is very well kept inside and out, the house is updated, there is a ton of storage in closets in cabinets, the interior has plenty of space to hang out in the open living room and kitchen with nice large tables for gaming and meals, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The highlight for the kids was definitely the ping pong table, they played every chance they had. We found it difficult to leave the property, and were always happy to come back to it! The owner was VERY responsive, always getting back to us quickly, and was very courteous and helpful. The check-in was seamless and the neighborhood was pretty quiet overall. Thank you so much for having us!

This house was perfect for our family of 7 (5 kids). There was enough room for everyone, the house was spacious. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! Easy to work with and very communicative. We didn’t have any problems, but I feel if we had, it would have been addressed quickly. I would definitely rent again!

Simple, spacious and easy to work with the host. 2 cars can park in garage, and street parking is a short half-block away (for overnight parking). Everything was clean. We tried to get early check-in (asked days, maybe a week in advance) and host couldn't accommodate or let us know it's possible even the morning of the check-in (i tried again, but he couldn't commit), but apart from that, all worked out fine for us

This was a super cute house that was spacious for all 7 of the occupants. Everything you needed was provided. The kids loved the ping pong table! Pool wasn’t heated, but that was my error booking as to when the heated pool date started. Easy to find and having a garage was a HUGE bonus. Less than a mile to a grocery store and 20 minutes away from Universal. Great place and there wasn’t a long list of cleaning expectations at the check out. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for a UCLA graduation and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were only 25 minutes from campus, far enough to escape the craziness but close enough to make the drive back and forth over the course of the weekend. This property is close to a nice shopping center with Target, Vons, and about 30 minutes from the Burbank airport. It was extremely convenient to travel where we needed, as well as entertaining for our large party to enjoy our time in the home. The hosts were communicative throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. Would recommend and stay again!

We were a family of 9 including two kids and a small dog and this house was great! The yard/pool was well maintained and the home was clean.
The host was communicative prior to and during our stay. There were strict rules about who could be on the property but the host was understanding about us wanting to have a few people come over to visit while we were there. We were told there were cameras in the front & backyard which felt a little awkward when we were outside but I suppose I get them wanting to monitor for safety. There’s a Target and grocery store right down the street and the freeway entrance is close so it was access to get to places!
