Enjoy lakeside living with all the amenities of home. This fully renovated 4 season home boasts plenty of room to entertain a crowd of up to 16 people. The large living room overlooks the lake with a large deck to savour the breathtaking views of popular Belmont Lake.
Within the large open concept main floor enjoy preparing meals in the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is plenty of indoor entertainment in the games room to amuse adults and children alike. The high-ceilinged basement has a walkout to your private beach. At night, snuggle up to the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy the night sounds and stars around the fire-pit.
Please note: AWD/4x4 vehicle is highly recommended for the winter months

Dock: L-shape 40 ft long by 15 ft wide with ladder – water is 4.5 ft at the end of the dock – will be pulled out of the water between the months of October to May
Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
Deck: 12 ft x 50 ft
Waterfront: 140ft
Vacant lot next door if the kids want to venture in the wooded area
Sandy beach – 40” x 20′
Great swimming – warm water throughout the summer – 80 degrees +
Gradual walk-in entry – good for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues
Weeds: some off the sandy beach – water shoes suggested but not required
The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
Children’s kayak, adult kayak, stand up paddleboard, paddleboat & floating mat
Very private – surrounded by greenery and faces the lake with views of the islands
Stairs outside from upper level to ground level
Cottage faces south-east
During the winter, when snow has fallen a 4×4 vehicle or AWD vehicle with winter tires is required
