Very good location and with 4.5 bathrooms made it easy for 6-8 people to stay. AC worked well during a very hot week in Denver

Nice place in a walking distance to a large park and a few good local restaurants. We enjoyed the location a lot.

Great location to the stadium. Grocery store, breweries, bars, restaurants close by. The one thing that was missing in this rental was washclothes in the bathrooms. Could use dish rags to wash dishes also. We had a fabulous time!!

Overall, the place was good. We had a little temperature control issue. The top floor was warm and the bottom floor was cold.

We had three couples stay for a concert at Mile High. Each couple had a floor to themselves with bedroom and bathroom. The rooftop balcony was a perfect end to the night.

It was a nice place for a few friends to hang out while checking out Red Rocks and other things the city has to offer. Very close to Mile High Stadium and Meow Wolf. Nice neighborhood and clean place.

Place was in overall good shape and clean. Amenities and rooms were nice. Location was close to the stadium. Slept 5 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Only negative really was it was kind of hard to find the front door as instructions weren’t very clear, and parking was scarce. Overall happy with our stay!

The property and location was amazing. It was a 30 min easy walk to Ball arena. It was a little crazy due to the Broncos game. We did get ticketed for parking though we were advised it was open parking and when you first walk in it says open parking other than the third thursday of the month. So a little frustrated 3 of us now have 75 dollar parking tickets.

Great location for fun restaurants and our activities. 4 women in 4 rooms with our own bathrooms, heaven. Could have used washcloths in each of the bathrooms, but we made do.

What a great place to stay. We went to the Army/Airforce football game and we walked there in 5 min. The place was clean and had the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We even walked to the downtown in 45 min. It was a beautiful walk.

The house was just amazing I would just add washer and dryer needed in the house and ashtray for smoking area outside. A few more towels also, we happen to have brought a couple of bath towels and left them for future guest. The place was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable all around. We will definitely stay here again highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Some things to note—lack of kitchen supplies (you’ll need your own condiments if you plan to cook), and bring some extra towels if you’re with a group, besides that, perfect stay for me and a few friends. Everything is marked nice and easy , the place is clean, the neighbors were cool , and the location is great if you want be North in Denver (close to the Highlands and Sunny Side). I would definitely recommend!

Positive stay. As advertised. Many positives: location, ease of check-in, top floor balcony, new TVs. Positive experience for us. Just note that there is no laundry machine and no outdoor furniture on first floor. Dining table is in a narrow space that is hard to seat 6. This is a vertical townhouse with three floors.

The house is bigger and roomier than we thought! Very comfortable for 6 people. If you stay here which I highly recommend bring extra towels. They do provide them but I'm a person who likes extra. The location is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks and a cute little coffee shop and about a 20 minute walk to Coors field. Our overall stay was great, I wish check out time was around 1. Thank you, for sharing your home with my family!

We enjoyed proximity to bars, easy street parking as well as the number of rooms and floors available to our group. Highly recommend this location.

Thank you for a great stay! The location is great - great restaurants and shopping the next street over. Easy 30 minute walk to Ball Arena and downtown. The house had everything we needed - very convenient to have bedrooms on each floor. Will definitely stay again!

We were unable to turn the heat down due to locks placed on the system. There was also a constant beeping noise due to one of the alarms having low batteries. We tried reaching out to the property manager with no response. Needless to say no one slept because of the noise and excessive heat.
