Nice & cosy hotel, with easy parking facilities (free and in garage pay). Breakfast and service very good, although the breakfast room is very small and over crowded. Pool not heated and rooftop closed - a bit disapointing.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Comporta Village. Stylish decor, delicious and varied breakfast beautiful pool, rooms, lobby and rooftop bar. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Sylvia who took the time to take me up to the rooftop to show me Comporta and its history and points of interest. Will definitely return here

We loved AlmaLusa and will be back. Great location in Comporta in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Liked the pool area and rooftop. Nice vibe at sunset on the rooftop

AlmaLusa was amazingly beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and authentic. The hotel is perfectly located. The staff was beyond helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I could not give this establishment enough stars!!

Greta stay and staff. Hotel is beautiful. Only weird thing was that the terrace was one floor above the room which made it useless for us to enjoy in the evening as we had a baby travelling with us

Great hotel - staff were excellent and the facilities were extremely clean and enjoyable. Just loved it - perhaps the only thing is the bathrooms are beautiful but the flooring could be quite slippery and eliminating the small plastic bottles for toiletries would also be great.

Very beautiful well designed modern hotel. It has a great rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff were friendly and so welcoming. Lots of little extras for guests - like a little welcome snack.

If you need to stay in Comporta, this is a very nice hotel. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and offers nice food services. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop bar is nice. I was in the area for golf nearby. I didn’t realize that there literally is next to nothing to do in Comporta. It served my purpose of staying nearby but I would have gone on back into Lisbon that afternoon if I could have. But the hotel has a 7 day cancel policy, so I was locked into payment regardless, and they wouldn’t let me out of it. A bit disappointing but understandable. They have a business to run. But if you want to be in Comporta and understand how small it is, I absolutely would recommend this hotel. I’m not even sure there is another hotel in town, but I certainly didn’t see anything that looked as nice as AlmaLusa. It’s my fault for not being fully aware of what I was signing up for - I was just looking for the closest place to the golf course I was playing. The town of Troia is much larger with more options, and a marina and beaches, but it’s another 20 minute drive north. All depends what you’re looking for.

Beautiful property from the lobby to the pool areas. Friend list of staff. Best massage I’ve ever had. Great area for shopping and dining options. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the main beach. Would stay here again without a doubt.

I do not like to write bad reviews. I do feel in this case I needed to warn others as I fell for the 9.6-star review trap. This 4-star hotel charging 5-star hotel prices at the very best is a 3-star hotel. It is located by a noisy highway, the beach is nowhere near and I did not see an adjacent golf course. There was nothing to do in the town. Couldn't keep our window open as the stench coming from outside was unbearable at times also due to all the cars driving by (you could even identify the music they played). The worst though was the shower. I'm not exaggerating, I am 169cm and 54kg and could hardly extend my arms without hitting the walls of the shower to wash my hair. The water would leak through the door which kept on opening and flood all bathroom. Pool is tiny. I was surprised by all these wonderful reviews and fell for them. But if these people paid anywhere between $100 and $200, I can see that they could find it wonderful since it was new. But if you'll be paying more than $200 I highly recommend looking for better options.

The hotel was pleasant. The room was very small but comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The town of Comporta was a disappointment, there are towns with more of an atmosphere I would rather stay in in the future.
